5 /5 Linda Hong: At first I really thought this auto shop didn’t want my business, but then I checked my spam mail and their mail with the estimate had gone into my spam (junk) mail rather than my inbox so I didn’t see it. I am so glad I decided to call my insurance and figured it out. Monterey Auto was the best!!! They took care of me and my car! They also kept their promise to finish my car in 6 business days! I was shocked! Usually they tell you one thing but keep extending and extending the finish date but not Monterey Auto! They keep their word and had my car ready for me, plus they detailed my car!!! It was such a pleasant surprise! It looked like a new car! I am so so happy with my experience!

5 /5 Phoenix Forgotten (Phoenix): Monterey Autobody is phenomenal. I lost my car key fob at the fair a while ago and lost hope of ever finding it. While they fixed my car they found the fob. I was going through a rough patch having cars strike mine while it was parked while I was at work, but seeing them fold all my dog blankets that I use for the puppers and put the children’s toy neatly in a bag really brought joyous tears to my eyes. When you’re having a hard time this shop really has your best interest at heart, I even if your car is messy and filled with dog hair. They are so empathetic and sweet.
