We had an oil change, tire rotation, ran diagnostics for our car and recommendations for potential future services. Pricing is very upfront and affordable. Their customer service is also unparalleled. I declined a curtesy ride home and chose to wait in store with my 3 year old. The staff were very accommodating and friendly to us. I highly recommend using Wayside Garage!

I had it towed in on a Monday, and by Friday it was ready—running perfectly and looking like new. They returned it in mint condition. I’ve been bringing all my cars here for years and have always had a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch, and the work they do is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Alan Gutberlet: I cant recommend this place. Asked them to check on a front-end noise, they came back with a $1200+ estimate to replace all shocks/struts. Took to another shop, they found two loose bolts in a caliper. They are severely understaffed (just one mechanic) and I think he is overworked. Id go here for tire rotations or something simple, but wouldnt do it for anything beyond that.

Plus to make thing even worse it was raining all day. So when I told the owner of the shop Chico that i couldnt get my car down to him he offered to come to me after work to fix my car. Mary Bigham: Nick at Porsche Monterey went above and beyond to get my 2005 turbo s back to me in peak condition, while allowing me to use their beautiful Porsche cayenne as a loaner! They rebuilt the motor and kept it within a few dollars of the original estimated cost. The price they quoted me was very reasonable and less im sure than if I took it somewhere else. Having the car going on 3 months because of covid and waiting on parts from Germany, they kept in touch with me and never asked for the loaner back. They gave me a 2 year warranty as well. I feel very confident in recommending anyone to take their Porsche to Monterey Porsche for service, or even a complete rebuild.
