Yes they are NEX but it is ridiculous.
I was surprised this happened at the NEX car shop. They tried to charge me $78 to change the cabin air filter: $15 for the part and $62.50 for 0.5 hours of labor—when the job takes less than a minute to do.
On top of that, I specifically asked them to check the condition of my car because I noticed some oil leaking from the rubber boots on the steering rack and tie rods. Yet, their report showed everything marked green—even the known issue. When I questioned it, the front desk clerk had to go back and check with the mechanics, who admitted they had simply ignored the problem. It cost me $120 to check for nothing.
