Thomas Galland: Dropped by after getting a puncture in our tire and needed to go back home on the same day (70 miles north). Unfortunately it was too far gone to repair and the shop didnt have a new tire, but a used one. However, after contacting the local dealership where we got our car from, turns out they had one in stock. The mechanic was concerned about our safety and didnt feel comfortable putting the runflat back on. I made a suggestion to borrow the used tire, get the new tire on, and bring the used one back and they accepted. Thanks for helping us get back on our way, and here is the proof that we returned the tire, hopefully it was still there.

ALPHAZEE: I called this shop to get my car in for a recent accident because a lady backed into my car and it made a few small dents on the passenger door. When I called to set up the appointment to get an estimate for the damage the front desk made me an appointment for 1 week away. Today I went to drop my car off to get the estimate and the shop said they cant make any money off of the claim, so there for they dont even want to write the estimate. After I got transferred to another person to find out why they wanted to wait a week to tell me they werent even going to do an estimate. The lady i talked to said they dont take all state insurance. So i waited a week for you to tell me you dont take all-state and they wont make enough money off the claim. Overall this shop gave me the shady "vibe" wont be using this business ever again. 1 week wasted, well time to move on.

Ali: I used to come to Trust Lane for my car repairs, but after my most recent experience, I’m seriously questioning how much they may have overcharged me in the past. I brought my car in for a simple code scan, and they tried to charge me $200 saying that the basic scan was bringing multiples codes for the scan, not including any repairs. They also tried to make me worry by saying the issue could cause my car to fail a smog check. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from another local mechanic. They ran a basic scan, found the problem quickly, (It was a faulty fuel cap) and didn’t charge me anything. I tipped them out of appreciation for their honesty, something I clearly didn’t get from Trust Lane. I waited to post this review to see if Trust Lane might have had a point. But as of today, my car passed the smog check without any issues. That confirmed what I suspected: they were either misinformed or just trying to scare me into paying for unnecessary work. I’m really disappointed, especially as a returning customer. It’s frustrating to now wonder how much money I may have wasted here over the years. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency and honest service.
