HEATHER Maldonado AMAZING and FANTASTIC customer service!!! Ive gone through quite a few mechanics/auto shops in the last couple of years for my Jeep and hands down Raya Automotive/Juan is EXCEPTIONAL!! I thought my job would take a little bit of time but I literally pulled into his shop and was done in the blink of an eye! Competitive/affordable prices and did I mention outstanding customer service?! If youre looking for a mechanic who is honest and explains things, look no further than Raya Automotive!!

Orna Berryman Superb auto shop. My is a true expert. He is thorough, detailed, honest and in his nature super helpful. Meticulous and was able to solve transmission issues with a very fair price. This is the right mechanic for you! All cars apparently serviced. Loved it. And....he washed my car without me asking or charging. Wow.

Cais My elderly mother has been taking her old Buick here for over a decade for both routine maintenance & major repairs. Jeff, Danny & their crew have always done a great job, dont overcharge & they honor their warranties. Theyve gone above & beyond for her many times & have helped keep her car in decent shape & running well. They get very busy, so definitely call ahead to ask when you can bring your car in. If you just show up its likely they wont be able to take you that day.

Lawrence Stenicka I have known Danny and Jeff since 1999 when they worked on my truck. I still have that truck with 265k miles and they just finished doing maintenance on it and I’m a happy camper. Great work, professionally done, at a great price every time. I will not take my truck anywhere else without going through them as they also know “specialty shops” that can for instance rebuild a 1997 Ford steering column that was disintegrating… Keep up the good work guys..!!

Ryan Miller This is THE place to bring your vehicle if you’re not going to bring it to the dealership, and especially if you’ve got a classic car. We’ve brought our Porsche and classic Land Rover and have been satisfied (and relieved) every time. It doesn’t hurt that the shop always has at least a handful of amazing classics at any given time, so it’s a fun place to visit. Most importantly, they know what they’re doing and they’ll do it right. Everyone at Classic Coachworks takes pride in their work, at least that’s the impression I’ve gotten after talking to a handful of the people that work there.

Brought my Cadillac SUV today for an emergency visit for my tires and washer fluid refill. Jose was the best!!! He took care of me right away and did the job so quick I didnt even realize he started and finished within minutes. Thank you guys for the 5 star experience all the time! The best!

Kristen Comello Jerry Graham Auto has the nicest staff. They took great care of my car. They were super responsive when I called and asked questions. My car looks amazing! I have used them twice and each time was better than the last. They feel like family and can be completely trusted to do a great job. My car needs a lot of work and appreciate that they only helped me with what I needed at the moment and didn’t pressure me into more work. So thankful for their professionalism and kindness. They finished early and saved me money on my rental car. So thankful!

Over the years, Jerry always did me right and always did a hell of a paint job or repair. Jerry built a a great business and reputation, bar none. Raajan Veluchamy I used to live next block to MS Auto Service. I went to get my oil changed. It was year end holiday time. I asked the owner (name is Son) will they be working through the holidays. He said his employees need rest, they work hard. That says something good about the owner. Ever since then I goto this auto service shop. One time my car broke and was not able to drive it. I asked geico to tow it to MS auto service . Left the key inside the car. I contacted the owner via phone and let him know that the tow company will drop off the car at his shop. After the drop off, he communicated to me by phone about the repair and costs and fixed it in a day. Then I went and took my car. Very good service price. Reliable. Honest owner.

Elanis Cruz This place was good but what I don’t like is when you book an appointment 2 weeks ago and then you go to your appointment and he says no time or can’t help you. What is the point of an appointment ? Many others have different perspectives but not everyone is happy with this company and I have heard many others be very upset. This is upsetting when we expected to have a smog done and respected enough to have an appointment and then he has the audacity to say can’t help you and hide in the garage

ALPHAZEE I called this shop to get my car in for a recent accident because a lady backed into my car and it made a few small dents on the passenger door. When I called to set up the appointment to get an estimate for the damage the front desk made me an appointment for 1 week away. Today I went to drop my car off to get the estimate and the shop said they cant make any money off of the claim, so there for they dont even want to write the estimate. After I got transferred to another person to find out why they wanted to wait a week to tell me they werent even going to do an estimate. The lady i talked to said they dont take all state insurance. So i waited a week for you to tell me you dont take all-state and they wont make enough money off the claim. Overall this shop gave me the shady "vibe" wont be using this business ever again. 1 week wasted, well time to move on.

Rich Castro Having been in the insurance industry for over 51 years I have come to expect quality service from the company that referred me to this facility. The service and follow up was clearly outstanding. Could not be happier. Our car suffered storm damage and they responded quickly to reduce further damage. Well done for sure

Jeremy Exceptional Service from Andy! I had my power steering pump replaced by Andy this morning, and I couldnt be happier with the service. Although he isnt the chatty type, his professionalism and speed were impressive. Thanks to his quick and efficient work, I no longer have to worry about the leaking pump. Highly recommend Andy for anyone needing automotive repairs!

Ryan Harris If you want to go to a place where the mechanic is honest and where they’re fair, this is where you go. Great service, and they won’t rip you off. My car had a few problems when I bought it, and they did such a great job. Highly recommend.

Stewart Cerise “Cherry” Andy is the best. I love how he never patronizes you but is willing to explain if needed. Very transparent with pricing and really makes sure you know what youre paying for. If you ask, hell also let you know what really needs done now, versus what you might be able to put off a little if everything is too much money right now. Our grandfather found him many years ago, and weve all been coming to him for all our vehicles ever since! We havent lived in San Jose for years now but we still come back.

Cl Carol Really rude bad customer service don’t know his name so can only describe he was was Asian descent. I don’t recommend this place! I can see there are other bad reviews like mine Saying how rude they are. I Got a really bad gut instinct at this place while I was there thinking this place isn’t good and to leave. I felt very disrespected as a customer and a snotty attitude towards me from the guy, you think they be courteous and want your business but NOT this place . I Came to get a smog check called to make sure it was star certified and the cost . When I get there he charges me more and and said I didn’t call for that info and rude . I called exactly for that reason I even repeated myself 2-3 times to make sure it was $62.00 including smog certificate and it was a star certified station because my dmv renewal paper said it has to be a star. The Asian guy ( don’t know his name ) denied I said that abd called for that reason and grabbed my smog paper from my hand when I drove up which was odd to read it and starts questioning me on where my address was and I should move cause my address not say monterey . I have just moved here so has my old address I had some questions on the star smog and he was more into where I live and did not listen to me it was just a real bad customer service and he was mean. I hate to see if MY car had issues and I had to deal with him . Bad vibe no respect. I told him I’m not comfortable with all the questions that I should move and asking me on my address & you deny that I called for a price then charge me more than what you said . The whole experience was off . He never apologized he said fine go . Just strange you think In this day and age companies need the work and would be respectful to customers. I don’t recommend this place at all.

As someone who doesn’t know cars but likes to be informed, I’ve always appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what’s going on and giving helpful recommendations. I gave him a call yesterday when my car wouldn’t start, and he was so empathetic and practical with his advice! Highly recommend his business.

Isaac Hema This guy is a wizard! I brought my car in and after 5 minutes of looking he already knew what was wrong! He doesn’t overcharge and knows exactly what to do. He is an extremely knowledgeable man! I would highly recommend everyone to get their car fixed by him!

Jessica Ordaz 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! My tire had a flat and my boyfriend and I went in assuming we would need to purchase a whole new tire. We even mentioned that and instead of charging us for one they were fully upfront and honest about us only needing a patch, got it done so quickly and charged us only $50 for a permanent patch. Great friendly vibes, would 100% come back again!

Seth Brock Bay brakes automotive provided the best service I have ever encountered anywhere across the country in terms of auto repair. Randy and his team turned what was one of the most stressful situations into a very pleasant experience and I am eternally grateful! I wish I could give them 6 stars! Update: car broke down again (additional fault, nothing to do with the previous repair done by Bay brakes) I towed it back to Bay Brakes and Randy had it back up and running within a day. Truly unbelievable service! I wish I was staying in the area longer so I could be a lifelong customer! Update: I took my truck in after my previous excellent experience, third time to the shop and still wishing I could give them 6 stars!
