5 /5 Sarah Polka: Jessica always does such an amazing job with my curly hair—she really understands curls and their unique needs and she listens carefully and is fun to chat with. The salon is clean and all the staff are friendly and super helpful.

1 /5 S L: This is supposed to be an upscale salon in Palo Alto. The only aspect of the upscale part is how much you’ll end up paying. Very crowded, noisy, crammed facility with service that does not even begin to justify a $200.00 blow out. Furniture is dated, decor is cheap with cold coffee service in the back.

5 /5 Nicole Harris: If I could give a higher rating I would. While the services are pricey, it’s worth your dollar. Liam always dyes my hair and it’s because he always does such a phenomenal job I have no reason to look elsewhere, and he’s so wonderful and great at asking you about how you’re doing and making sure you feel like a priority! I also had Joanne cut my hair and she did a spectacular job as well, my layers look fantastic and I love the shorter length for summer! She and I have similar interests so I had a lovely time “nerding out” with one of the cutest people I’ve met. She took me in on short notice and did a fantastic job. Both were so awesome and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and am so excited to take pictures at my cousin’s upcoming wedding in 2 weeks!

1 /5 Dimitra C.: I went to this salon for a color correction after a previous appointment at another place left me with uneven highlights—some of which turned orange, especially near my face and roots. The majority of my hair, from my ears down to my chest, was a light beige blonde, and my goal was to correct the orange tones in the highlights near my roots while maintaining the lighter blonde on my ends. The stylist informed me that we would have to darken the areas where the orange tones were present. I understood this to mean only certain sections—not my entire head. However, when my hair was dried, I was shocked to see that my hair from top to bottom had turned dark brown. When I questioned the stylist, she insisted that she had told me we would be going darker. I would have never agreed to going full brunette, as that was completely different from what I had requested. She reassured me that it was a demi-permanent dye that would fade completely in a month, allowing my blonde to return and making it easier to redo my highlights. Fast forward a month, and my hair has not faded back to blonde. Instead, it is still a brassy brown, far from the result I was expecting. When I called the salon to address the issue, I was told that they only do corrections within two weeks. This makes no sense, considering the stylist explicitly told me to wait a month for the color to fade—something that never happened. I’m extremely disappointed with the miscommunication, the unexpected results, and the lack of accountability from the salon. I trusted them to correct a mistake, and instead, I was left with a bigger issue and no resolution. Would not recommend based on this experience.

5 /5 Maribel Oseguera: I recently had a haircut with Jessica, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I went from long to short hair and I absolutely adore my new look! I was a bit nervous taking so much length off but I know I wanted a cute modern bob (not a mom bob). Jessica was very professional and devoted time to truly understand my desires. She carefully listened to my preferences and brought my haircut vision to life flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jessica if you are wanting to go short!
