    5 /5 Matthew Reeve: Fantastic service! Extremely clean and safe shop. Tom is great at all types of hair and nails, and his wife Ann is superb at nails. She has the most amazing massage skills with her pedicures. Prices are very competitive for this area. Make an appointment - they can get very busy. Pro Tip: go in the front door on your first visit (parking meters), but when finished get familiar with the back door entrance. The parking there is free for a couple hours and makes for easy entrance. - just ask them for permission to do that on your next visit!
    5 /5 Patricia Byrne: I absolutely love this place and the owners , staff, they are so friendly and do a great job. I have been going to this wonderful spot for over 14 years now. I also have my girlfriends going , god daughter and my own daughter going. I was pregnant with my twins and when i got so big the even wax my legs. I get my hair cut and highlights here, i get my pedi & manicure here and my eyebrows done.. Great neighborhood salon and prices are very fair. Love you guys , keep up the great service

Tom is my stylist and he is always willing to execute whatever color or cut Im looking to sport, whether it be purple, blond hi-lights to cover the grey, anything I want. If theyre not busy, they will accept walk-ins, yet this shop is busy. I recommend you call ahead for an appointment. Of course they do nails, pedicures, and Ann is my gal for waxing. She is efficient, quick which makes the process more comfortable. I went to many salons in the area, yet Salon Image is my "go to" sure thing place. Enjoy!

    Lauren Rubin: My daughters love getting their hair cut at Prep with Sherry. The salon is always clean, they have iPads for the kids and popcorn and lollipops once the appointment is done. Tipping is done seamlessly through texting. My girls are always excited to come get their hair cut. I’d give this place ten stars if I could!

    Shelby Smith: Amazing! I saw Rose for a color correction, after having my hair turned orange by another stylist at a different salon, and she absolutely went above and beyond to fix the mess I came in with. I left feeling like myself again, nearly identical to the inspiration photo. Not an easy feat with the canvas I showed up with! She was kind, knowledgeable and so attentive to detail. Overall, the salon has a welcoming and sunny vibe, and the plus of having two sweet shop puppies!

    True Crime Alert: Worst experience in hair salon for root touch up. All they do is color so shouldnt be hard. Stylist put dark brown blotchy color on my auburn hair with blond highlights. She did not bring out color chart to match my hair or ask my opinion. I trusted her as all they do is color so shouldnt be rocket science. Now I have permanent dark blotchy brown on part of my hair looks ridiculous. To take off permanent color is damaging expensive. The salon does not answer phone. Warning stay away.

    Mak KALBERER: I have gone to many stylist over the years, found Ngoc almost by accident and so happy that I did. Just this year she was out for several months and I had to go to someone else who was highly recommended, but to be honest, she does a much better job than this expensive recommendation in the City. Maybe my hair is a little trickier because it’s kind of curly, but not extremely. Not the cheapest haircut but definitely after several weeks after the haircut growing out I’m always grateful that I went to Ngoc! and 18/8

    LC Nichols: One star for a full refund. I asked for a feather layer with bang chin length haircut. What I got for $168 (not including tip) was a box shape botched layer haircut. Box shape is being nice, picture a mullet. The right side layers are shorter, creating a hole. Not sure why but Monica and another hair cutter asked me which side I part??? What? Layers are even and blended! There must be a lot of mercury in the water in the bay area. Monica offered to recut. I think I will end up with a pixie. I asked another hair cutter and she said she will have to cut a lot off! She told me to wait for my hair to grow out. I do not recommend this salon. Save your money. $168 is too much to flush down the toilet. My hair cut by Monica was student level and there was no teacher to correct her botched cut.

    Maria McLennan: I have been going to Karla at Drybar for a couple years-first at the Santana Row location, now at Palo Alto. I purchased a Barfly membership because I go to Drybar twice a month. Karla always does an excellent job-strangers often stop me to compliment my hair and ask where I get it done. She is professional, personable and very capable as the manager too. I can’t recommend her and Drybar enough! On one occasion when Karla wasn’t available, Erika did my hair. She was very receptive to my specific instructions and requests, and I was very happy with the job she did too.

I haven’t found anyone who gives me the right layers I wanted until I met her. For color, I love the subtle highlights I get. I always come out of the salon looking classy and chic. She is not only my stylist, she became a friend too. She cares and I would not go to anyone else who sees me as just a client. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is a keeper!!     Koko Ko: I had a great experience at La Belle hair salon. Oksana carefully listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut, the best i had in years! She is a super skillful professional and did an amazing job! The highlights are absolutely stunning—subtle yet vibrant, and they blend so naturally with my hair. I’ve received so many compliments already! The attention to detail and the care Oksana took to ensure I was happy with the results were exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back.
