1 /5 LC Nichols: One star for a full refund. I asked for a feather layer with bang chin length haircut. What I got for $168 (not including tip) was a box shape botched layer haircut. Box shape is being nice, picture a mullet. The right side layers are shorter, creating a hole. Not sure why but Monica and another hair cutter asked me which side I part??? What? Layers are even and blended! There must be a lot of mercury in the water in the bay area. Monica offered to recut. I think I will end up with a pixie. I asked another hair cutter and she said she will have to cut a lot off! She told me to wait for my hair to grow out. I do not recommend this salon. Save your money. $168 is too much to flush down the toilet. My hair cut by Monica was student level and there was no teacher to correct her botched cut.

It started with my dad getting his haircuts from her, and bringing me along- and suddenly i was getting my haircut by her. Shes seen me through all my awkward phases, and has been so supportive and kind everytime i go there. Sincerely one of the sweetest people i know!!

5 /5 Katia Varfolomeeva: Such a great experience with Pam Romero! Im naturally blond and was looking to refresh a few highlights since Im visiting from out of state for a while. This was my first time at the salon, and to get someone who can just grasp and execute so well and so quickly on blond hair without making it too brassy, too yellow, too obvious or just too blond is incredible. Ive been getting light highlights for the last 20 years and have moved around a lot, so it often takes months of trial and error with stylists. Pam is your girl if you want beautifully done highlights. Thank you!

5 /5 Matilde McQuarrie: I had my hair dyed for the first time and Pam made it such an easy transition to colored hair. She did a beautiful balayage and made my blonde hair look brighter without losing its dimension. Cannot recommend her enough, shes amazing!

I was actually kind of scared to try another person after being burned so many times. Her balayage is perfect and grows out beautifully. Her prices are extremely reasonably too. She’s also just a lovely person you won’t mind spending hours in a chair with. First photo is when I originally had it done, second is grown out. She also sells Olaplex at a great price and has fantastic recommendations for products. She gave me a free bottle of tinted conditioner to try, and I love it. I use it regularly now.
