5 /5 Jan Harris: This is THE nail salon for me in Palo Alto. Helen and Nina are friendly, attentive, prompt and very skilled. They have gone the extra mile in personal service to me, assisting with an injured big toenail—first helping to make it less unsightly, and later (after it had fallen off) sculpting a new cosmetically perfect nail for me over the partially regrown toenail. (I am visiting my daughter here and no nail salon at home has offered to help at all!) The salon is comfortable, clean and pleasant to sit in— especially because all their customers seem to know them well and be very fond of them! I will be returning to Beautiful Moon on every visit to Palo Alto!
