For the first time in my life, I enjoyed a hair salon appointment.
I have never liked my hair, its texture, colour, etc, and I never knew what to do with it. I have dreaded every hair appointment I have ever made and I would always leave disappointed - either because I had not given the stylist enough information (because I was clueless) or because the stylist didn’t listen to my ideas, and/or respect them.
I spent over two hours with Katherine and it was a complete joy. I left feeling happy and confident, and more importantly, excited. Excited to finally have good hair.
I will never go anywhere else.
