1 /5 MELISSA RAMOS: It is incredibly frustrating that when trying to contact this office for an appointment or a calling for a quick question, they do not pick up the phone, disconnect calls, transfer to automated systems without allowing for messages. Additionally, they often double-book appointments, leading to further delays and inconvenience. Numerous complaints have been reported to both reception desk and the doctor, resulting in no action being taken.

I have worked healthcar for over a decade and have never come across someone who hates their job and is the front face for this practice. Dr. Molina should be ashamed to keep someone like that. Your practice will dwindle if you dont do something doctor. She is miserable and makes others feel the same. I am sure she abuses the seniors that are seen there. My whole family will be leave the group because of her. Youre welcome

Chino Regio: I had an phone appointment today 1/4/2025 at 2:20 pm they said be ready 20 minutes before or after that time so I stop working from 2-3 pm no call at all so I went back to work at 3 At 3:15 they called but I couldnt answer (I was working) I call back a minute later but the line doesnt accepts calls Now I have to make another appointment (I was waiting for this one like a month) The problem is that I was taking a medication for 2 years prescribed by different doctor with no side effects They gave supposably the same medication it affected my sleep so I stopped taking it now my sleep is normal but my ill is worse than ever I dont know what to do wait another month to get a simple answer? to take the medication or get new one? Is it that hard? I think this can be solve in less than 5 minutes They have the worst customer service Oh and they texted me the day before to remind me to be ready for the appointment

Chell V: Dr.Miller did an AMAZING breast augmentation on me. Im beyond thrilled! Thank you, thank you, thank you! All the staff at his office and the surgery center were super helpful and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions, whenever I had them. I was so well taken care of that I wasnt the least bit nervous on surgery day. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. I looked around for a plastic surgeon for a while and Im so happy that I chose Dr.Miller.

L Health: For me to walk away from my incredible and caring doctor here (Dr. Tantamjarik) after about 8 years as his patient indicates just how atrocious and irresponsible some if not all the front desk staff is here. Just before I left the staff had not only totally stopped answering calls but they also completely ignored my messages which appears to be a theme here. I don’t mean they were delayed in responding by a week or two they just *never* responded. It didn’t matter if I left messages with my name and phone number. It eventually got to the point where we would’ve been forced to drive about 25 minutes one way to talk to the staff in person (which we’d done occasionally but never at this level) just to ask a question or schedule an appointment. That’s not sustainable. Don’t enroll here unless you’re willing to drop in if you need care and/or don’t need frequent care. I didn’t want to write this review but the staff has got to improve. They only started getting bad this year and used to be ok. I’m really not sure why the staff is allowed to behave this way because I truly believe this problem is fixable. The horrible staff could negatively impact patient care as they have in my case since it’s not easy to start over after 8 years. I won’t be surprised if their reckless disregard for patients results in a patient being harmed or killed one day so how they’re acting is serious. What bothers me more is other reviewers saying they see the front desk staff wasting time and being malicious. I still haven’t found a doctor nearly as wonderful as the doctor I had here and because of that I’m not as on top of my care as I usually am and delay or even don’t pursue care I need because I don’t feel comfortable with or like the new doctors and get exhausted finding a good one. I’m sad I had to leave but I needed a front desk staff that can communicate well in a timely manner and knew my health was at stake here. I can only hope the staff here is put in the shoes of all the patients who have left because of them and understand how it feels to be neglected when you need help. I usually had to deal with Liliana (Lily) who another patient mentioned and if you’re not patient ask to speak to someone else. She’s like talking to a broken record and can’t answer simple questions. She once asked me over and over again (at least 8 times) what my birthday was then she’d repeat it back to me.. nothing else. I finally just hung up. It was so bizarre I wondered if she was messing with me. I find it interesting how I couldn’t get a call back for important things but the moment I left a voicemail saying I’m switching doctors she called right away. I really hope she’s retrained.

Allen H.: Dr. Bucci has been my doctor for approaching 5 years now. Beginning with my first appointment with him, I felt completely at ease and heard. He takes his time to explain, and he LISTENS to my concerns. Unfortunately for me, Ive moved to another state to retire. The distance will make it difficult to be able to remain under his care. But it is important that I at the least say thank you to him for being there when I became permanently disabled and no longer able to continue my career. So, thank Dr. Bucci for being there when i really needed you. Also, thank you to staff for being so very kind. If you are someone who is looking for a family practice physician, you will do well to see if Dr. Bucci is taking on new patients. If he is, consider yourself fortunate.
