Never waiting more than a few minutes. Dr. Faye is so nice with great bedside manner. She always makes you feel important. She always takes the time to speak with me to make sure I understand the dental plan & everything thats happening. 5 /5 Diana Sy: Dr Faye is by far the best dentist I ever had and I am so glad to have met her. My first visit with her she gave an overall x-ray and detected some underlying problems/infection before it even surfaces. She is very detailed-oriented, trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are so attentive, caring and welcoming. They have very impressive technology as well. I have already sent couple of my friends to her and they came back really happy with iSmile service. I would definitely recommend them more to others.

2 /5 J A: **Update - I no longer come to this dentist. A lot of the staff has changed in fact the two people I listed below are gone. Lupe was a great hygienist and was just magically gone open day too. It seems very disorganized now. The receptionist dont see as friendly as before. I reported an issue with a tooth and it wasnt handled in the same visit because they simply forgot. They wanted me to come back in. I was already fed up with their lack of communication and constant confusion and my final visit just helped me decide it was time to go. It seems the only thing they were consistent on was reminding you that you were going to be charged a fee if you didnt show up to your appointment. Every single time there was a reminder of that, almost as if I owed. Which I didnt. I had to move on.** Below is my review from 4 years ago: I love this place! Its super convenient and and the staff members are extremely friendly. Although everyone is great, there are two who I always look forward to seeing. Gerson is polite, helpful and I really do appreciate his great service skills! And Jinky is amazing at what she does. Shes always so friendly, really encouraging, and over all an awesome person. Thanks to everyone here for the best of experiences.

5 /5 Shannon Kennell: Where do I begin??? Lets start with the facility - clean, state of the art, very digital, and paperless - love it! Staff - extremely pleasant and friendly, booking appointment was an ease and first visit was quick and timely, I was in and out without a wait. Everyone is professional in every detail. Cost - considering I have insurance that covered 85% of my work I didnt pay much. However, my last dentist charged big time for the same services and treatments Dr. Faye and her staff charge so my out of pocket was considerably less. Teeth needed a deep cleaning and the process was smooth and painless. All in all I actually left in a very good mood, with money still in my wallet, pain free albeit a little numb, and extremely beyond satisfied with iSmile Dental. I couldnt be happier with my visit today and thats considering I found out Ill need a few fillings for some cavities. Dr. Faye and her staff have completely exceeded my expectations and my experience was extremely positive.

Cate Puzo: Rose City is my dental group, which I selected in part because it has a TMJ specialist in its practice. After 2 months of lower jaw pain, I saw Dr. Nash, the specialist, who examined my jaw and mouth, including the bite guards I wear nightly for TMJ, and diagnosed a muscle strain of sorts. I was relieved that it wasnt joint or bone. I agreed to an injection into the jaw muscles causing my pain and even after the local anesthesia wore off a couple hours later, I was pain-free. No ache, no limitation in jaw movement, nothing. And after a month, I only have infrequent and momentary aches. The procedure is not covered by insurance, and I may need another in the future, but I am grateful to Dr. Nash for ridding me of this nagging pain with such a simple and quick treatment. Anyone else suffering from jaw pain should see him at Rose City Dental. Thank you, Dr. Nash.

Imogen Thomas: This office is a scam. X-Rays are so low quality that when I brought them to another dentist, she told me they were essentially useless. Was at the office for over 2 hours for a simple cleaning. Dentist would not quote me on the out of pocket price of procedures (seemingly to make it seem like my insurance is really giving me a ‘deal’) and was extremely hesitant to explain needed procedures. Staff is friendly but that is the only nice thing I can say. Would give zero starts if I could.
