5 /5 ROCIO PEREZ: I went over 10 years without visiting a dentist and I was super nervous when I finally decided to go. Dr. Au and the staff are amazing, they are very helpful and helped me get my teeth back on track. They have done deep cleaning, and maintenance, and even did a bridge for me and everything has been a success. Ive been coming here for almost 5 years and I couldnt be happier. They also take my HMO plan and they were very helpful in explaining my dental benefits and co-payments. I highly recommend them.

1 /5 Sami: I swear this office does not see patients coming into their office, they see walking dollar signs. They are worse than car salesmen! My fiance have the same exact insurance (same place of work and same position) and they go to another dentist office for their cleaning and does not get charged a sent while I got charged a copay to see them and an extra $70 and all I got done was a cleaning! I also used to go to another dentist and cleanings were 100% free there too, but I moved so came to new vision! Just a bunch of scammers! Of course they tried to sell me four different things and even though my teeth are healthy they manage to come up with things I need to pay for. Only was their patient for a year but never coming here again.

5 /5 Bella K: I love, love this office. I called yesterday to check if I can get an appointment since Im past due on my cleaning do to COVID. The receptionist was the most friendliest person. I believe her name is Natalia. She asked me if I was having a tooth concern or if anything was bothering me with my teeth. I did share with her that my gums have been a little sensitive when brushing and that I also have slight swelling on my upper right area. She was very nice to accommodate me for today as an emergency appointment. I have an HMO dental plan and the Office Manager, Karina explained my coverage and out-of-pocket expenses in detail before any treatment. Thank you to Dr. Au and New Vision Dental team for taking great care of me and for also giving me the extra care with my dental needs. I will refer all my friends and family to come here for all their dental needs. Keep up the excellent customer service!
