My only concern is that the corporate office overbooked the staff so they were stressed because they were behind all morning.
Washington Dental Group - Pasadena Imogen Thomas: This office is a scam. X-Rays are so low quality that when I brought them to another dentist, she told me they were essentially useless. Was at the office for over 2 hours for a simple cleaning. Dentist would not quote me on the out of pocket price of procedures (seemingly to make it seem like my insurance is really giving me a ‘deal’) and was extremely hesitant to explain needed procedures. Staff is friendly but that is the only nice thing I can say. Would give zero starts if I could.

Altadena Dental Center - Pasadena Arthur Markaryan: Went to Altadena Dental Center for the first time today and was amazed with the service and professionalism of the staff - hard to find these days.. Had a general check up and deep cleaning done by Dr. Roland Yakubov. Very much impressed by both the timing and quality. Scheduled for continuation treatment and will definitely come again. Wasnt pressured to do anything other than what is necessary. Will recommend to friends and family.

Nima Mashkouri, DMD - Santa Monica Ileana Silva-Barrera: I was looking for a dentist my tooth was bad I did not know how bad I ask a client coming out of the dentist office how is your dentist she said he is good and she is happy. I made an appointment and made the best choice. I am more than happy I feel bless that I found him and my tooth is so much better. I did not know what a great dentist he is and highly recommended him! My first experience was great and it will not be my last. Again I have not been to the dentist over 5 years.
Altair Dental Center - Santa Monica Matthew Schmalfeld: Had a dental check-up and cleaning today at Altair Dental Center in Santa Monica with Dr. Allan. He checked my teeth and explained everything as he went, which was nice.
The cleaning had three parts: scaling to get rid of plaque and tartar, polishing to make my teeth smooth and shiny, and flossing to hit all the hard-to-reach spots. It felt great knowing my teeth were super clean.
The whole experience was awesome. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I even booked my next appointment before leaving because I’m pumped to keep my teeth in great shape with their care!
