I have damaged bleached naturally curly fine hair that is prone to breakage and I experienced no damage from the color technique used by Ellen. Environment here is great very friendly staff and parking was a piece of cake.
- Cecys Beauty Shop - Santa Ana Monica Rogers-Davis: Dropped in to see if I could get just the back part- nape of my neck area trimmed up and lined. I wear braids, so just a small area of the back part of my neck I needed to get done- kind of like a fade and a line. I was told that the shop does not do African American hair, which is alright. I just wanted to save others time, that are African American’s like myself.
It did seem that she had done a great job on the Latino man’s hair that she was doing- I simply wanted the same thing done. Again, it’s fine- just want to save others time.
