Roxy Donat Rachel is amazing! She has always provided the service I requested without trying to talk me into eyelash extensions which are her specialty. Her pricing is fair and reasonable. Her studio is clean and comfortable. Rachel is also a great conversationalist and I wont go anywhere else for my lash lift. By the way, she is also great at facials!

Meghan Giles Rachel is truly an amazing lash artist! She knows so much about what she is doing and has a passion for it! She also stays up to date on techniques and products and attends conferences and trainings to increase her skills. I was paying double the price before and was not getting the quality of service or lashes. I wish I had switched sooner!

Lesley Borman Rachel at The Beauty Room is amazing! She’s been doing my lash extensions for years. She’s constantly learning and staying up-to-date by attending conferences and training. She really knows her stuff when it comes to products, safety, and quality, and it shows in her work. She takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and the results are always flawless. My lashes look full and last so well-I receive daily compliments! Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Maria Medina If you’re looking for a new hair stylist, I highly recommend Liz. She was overall great!! She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Not only did she manage to cut, dry, and style my hair in less than an hour, but she also gave me a tutorial on how to accomplish that same look at home.

Belen Mejia Edith is such an amazing person. I never been to this salon and i came in as a walk-in, no appointment. I wanted to get a haircut and bangs for the first time. She gave me good recommendations of what bang styles frame my face and which don’t. I was nervous about this hair cut and she reassured me she was going to make me pretty. I’ve received nothing but compliments from friends, family, and co workers. Thank you thank you Edith!!!

Pam Yasin I was honestly very happy with Edith’s service. Another stylist left my hair horrible but she was able to fix it without bleaching or damaging. She was very upfront and told me what to expect. I liked that. Yes, the waiting time was 4+hrs but she takes her time to do the job right so to me it was definitely worth it..

And Im having so much fun with the new color. I met the owner Nora and her husband Henry about a year ago when I was just window-shopping down main Street. They made such an impression on me, I promised myself I would go back when I was in need of a hairstylist. Thank you thank you thank you for helping me look good for my new job! I was so pleased that I made my next appointment for 6 weeks before I left the shop! I love the atmosphere, the music, all the interesting things on the walls. I havent met the gal that does facials, but Im sure that shes just as fabulous as Nora and Betty.

Dionne Ybarra I walked by intrigued by the beautiful doorway. I was also in dire need of a haircut. They were able to get me in within an hour. When she asked what I needed I explained I just needed a trim but she could see my grey roots were growing out. I told her I needed to go to an event and she suggested I not only get my roots done but that I get some highlights . I said sure!! Over the next several hours I was taken care of , they even ordered me a burrito when they ordered their lunch . Because I didn’t have a real appt. they made time for me inbetween their appts. I watched as every women of all different ages was transformed . I couldn’t wait to see how my hair was going to turn out. When it came time for the cut I told her to do what she wanted. While taking off a bit of length. I showed up with my hair looking dry and my curls having no life. The color turned out beautiful and perfect , better than I could have imagined . This cut she left me with is exactly what she said, I can blow dry it and the layers look soft and lush and when I leave the curls to dry naturally the layers allow the curls to look full and bouncy. It is the best cut and color and salon experience I’ve ever had . I live on the Monterey Peninsula but will definitely make the short drive to come back . I usually dread going to a salon but I can’t wait to go back. It’s a beautiful space and the women there are talented and lovely humans. I never write reviews but I have to for this salon. I also bought the brush blow dryer she used on my hair and I love it! Worth the purchase. The price for my cut and color was the same for what I’ve paid on the peninsula but with a quality that doesn’t even come close. I highly recommend this salon . Es mejor!!

Alma Garibay I called to see if they could take me in for a haircut, and they said "yes." They arrived within 5 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes, and they did not help me. I left.

AA I saw Frances Sparks who claimed to be Devacurl certified. She gave me the worst haircut ever!!! The layers are choppy and in the back theres a big bite. She didnt even have the deva products to wash my hair with. I didnt mind that, but the cut is awful. DO NOT GO TO HER! Especially if you have curly hair she doesnt know how to work with it.

Delfina My hair was butchered by one of their hairdressers (pre-COVID). I came in and asked for layers in my long, thick hair. As soon as she was finished, I noticed that she had not added any layers and had just cut straight through. I asked her why she couldnt finish with what Id asked for. Her response was that my hair was too long for her to add the layers and that she couldnt finish the job. If Allure is going to run a business, I hope that they could at least hire competent professionals to actually carry out the services they offer. I ended up going next door to Personal Touch Salon and had them fix my hair that same day.

I drove all the way from San Jose to Salinas hoping she could help me revive my hair from major bleach work I had gotten previously. Lisette Rocha Alma has been my hair stylist for over 5 years now. I found her when I was barbie blonde and needed a big change, she was able to take me from Barbie blonde to a gorgeous crimson red, which I got so many compliments on. After rocking my red hair for 3 years, I decided to go blonde and she did an amazing job on it. I am now a brunette and so happy with the results she’s given me everytime I’ve gone to her for a hair color change.

Sarah Williams I had a wonderful experience with this salon. Abby is amazing! It’s very rare to find someone who can work with curly hair. She did a great job with the haircut and even taught me how to take better care of my curls. I definitely recommend people with curly hair to see Abby.

Lisa Hill Absolutely the best! Phillip and Marcos know how to fix color issues. They are truthful about what the reality of your hair issues are and what they can do and you can do to fix them. And when you want to add a little color back into your hair. It comes out awesome! True color specialists.

linda castillo pedro messed my hair up, i straight up looked like a candy cane i immediately went to my nearest sally’s for new hair dye. 130 to the trash. i do not recommend. i would add pictures but i forgot to even take picture since the hair looked like a complete mess.

Lorena Chavez Went in and one of the stylist was blow drying her own hair and called for another styling who then proceeded to tell me he was busy as he was waiting for another appointment to stop by. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer me to wait. They blew me off completely. Horrible customer service.

Christy Soto Eminence Salon is one of the best Salons Ive ever been to. Crystal does such an amazing job with my hair and always delivers nothing but amazing results. The other stylists all operate in the same manner and take pride in their craft. It is such a pleasure to go there that I look forward to every appointment. They provide great customer service and a relaxing environment. They provide a variety of services, hair, nails, makeup, microblading and etc. Thank you ladies for not only great service but also for the mimosas and great conversation.

Brittany Enny Eminence Salon is a must go to! They have it all hair cuts, color, extensions, nails, and even lash extensions! Crystal has colored my hair a few times now and she never fails to amaze me! She is so sweet and always does such a great job. Tell her anything you want and she can do it! If youre looking for a new salon I highly suggest checking it out!

Edwiges Rodríguez My first time visit to do highlights retouching or any other option for my hair. But, she told me un respectfully go to the previous salon I went before. I will never come back.

Kaylee Garcia I went to cut my hair because mine was messed up. They cut it super short and turns out it’s uneven. While getting my haircut, this old guy who was also a worker was hovering over me and insulting my hair and saying it didn’t suit me. It’s also taking forever to grow out and it’s growing out super unevenly. My significant other and his siblings also have had terrible experiences here. Go somewhere else. I spent $40 for a terrible haircut.
