5 /5 Han Tran: I was honestly a little nervous going in because it was my first time but Rachelle made the whole experience amazing! She was super sweet, incredibly friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and was so gentle and professional. I’m so glad I chose her for my first wax and it couldn’t have gone better! Will definitely be going to her from now on:)

5 /5 Jaz: Rachelle did such a good job of making me feel comfortable and educating me on proper aftercare and recommending products. It was my first ever Brazilian and I was a little nervous about it even if I didn’t show it. That’s because I’ve seen/heard horror stories, but she immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer but most importantly as a person. She used hard wax for both my brazilian and my legs and it was the best experience ever. Will be coming to her only from now on :)

She was extremely nice as soon as I walked in, which was very comforting because I was extremely scared/nervous since this was my first Brazilian wax ever!! I thought that it was going to be extremely painful, but it was NOT bad at all!! I loved that she talked about the whole process with me and if I had any questions or concerns she would answer them. She was very gentle! She also did not make me feel uncomfortable at all which was amazing! She is very talented and knows her shit! So if you reading this, this is your sign get your waxes done with Rachelle.
