Karla Vega Soo disappointed with the quality of this hair for $250 and only 113grams of hair this is how every clip came out so thin and choppy, the “seamless clip” is so cheaply made it feels like paper and bends easily/doesn’t stay firm on your head, it will definitely be lasting less than a few months. And this is supposed to be their “best” clip-ins. Go elsewhere because needing 2 packs of hair for low quality cheap hair extensions is not worth it. This is why providing testers is important especially with a “no refund” policy. I have never had issues with any other extension brands online they’re always over 200grams for 1 pack of hair and firm, great clips. I tried to give a local store a try because the color was nice but Never recommencing to anyone.

Maríalí Zuñiga I went in wenting a blonde balayage (went in with grown roots of my natural hair and black hair dye from the past. & I was aware it wouldnt be full blonde and they said it would be like a darkish color (brown) due to having black but instead gave me highlights thin hightlights . And I also got a burn on my scalp due to the heating chair. Went in for a full refund and said shell give me $50 from $200 dollars I paid. Very bad place . I dont recommend at all. Save your scalps and dont go there.

Maribel Navarro I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for 15 years, so when I moved to Los Angeles, I couldn’t wait to visit during a trip back and booked an appointment. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned.
When I arrived, I was told my hairdresser had left the salon. My appointment seemed to have been overlooked, and the owner (I think) was more focused on her client than addressing my situation. I felt disappointed and unsure if I should even stay.
But then, to my absolute surprise and relief, my favorite hairdresser showed up! The cashier/receptionist and (the owner) made calls were to track anyone down just for me. That extra effort, while initially frustrating, ended up making my day. They gave me the same amazing cut I’ve always loved, and I left feeling like myself again.
While I wish the initial scheduling had gone smoother, I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. But maybe work on customer service, like I said I wasnt sure if I was going to get my haircut after driving over an hour in traffic.
I hope my next visit is seamless from start to finish.
