Monica Rogers-Davis Dropped in to see if I could get just the back part- nape of my neck area trimmed up and lined. I wear braids, so just a small area of the back part of my neck I needed to get done- kind of like a fade and a line. I was told that the shop does not do African American hair, which is alright. I just wanted to save others time, that are African American’s like myself. It did seem that she had done a great job on the Latino man’s hair that she was doing- I simply wanted the same thing done. Again, it’s fine- just want to save others time.

joana cordero Mest up my sis hair, she didnt get the color she wanted (wanted burgundy red) top of her head was bright red and the bottom was a different color. I would not recommend.

Nessa Rios Was around the area figured I would try them out, spoke to the lady cutting hair told her very specifically to trim just a little bit off, told her I wanted to keep the length. She said she understood what I wanted she turned my chair around so I wouldn’t see how she was cutting it (away from mirror) when she was done and she finally let me look at myself in the mirror I realized she cut off more than half my hair.. I was very upset and told her that she cut off a lot, she then told me I was wrong my hair is now shoulder length when it was twice as long.. never again will I be returning. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Karla Vega Soo disappointed with the quality of this hair for $250 and only 113grams of hair this is how every clip came out so thin and choppy, the “seamless clip” is so cheaply made it feels like paper and bends easily/doesn’t stay firm on your head, it will definitely be lasting less than a few months. And this is supposed to be their “best” clip-ins. Go elsewhere because needing 2 packs of hair for low quality cheap hair extensions is not worth it. This is why providing testers is important especially with a “no refund” policy. I have never had issues with any other extension brands online they’re always over 200grams for 1 pack of hair and firm, great clips. I tried to give a local store a try because the color was nice but Never recommencing to anyone.

Maríalí Zuñiga I went in wenting a blonde balayage (went in with grown roots of my natural hair and black hair dye from the past. & I was aware it wouldnt be full blonde and they said it would be like a darkish color (brown) due to having black but instead gave me highlights thin hightlights . And I also got a burn on my scalp due to the heating chair. Went in for a full refund and said shell give me $50 from $200 dollars I paid. Very bad place . I dont recommend at all. Save your scalps and dont go there.

Maribel Navarro I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for 15 years, so when I moved to Los Angeles, I couldn’t wait to visit during a trip back and booked an appointment. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. When I arrived, I was told my hairdresser had left the salon. My appointment seemed to have been overlooked, and the owner (I think) was more focused on her client than addressing my situation. I felt disappointed and unsure if I should even stay. But then, to my absolute surprise and relief, my favorite hairdresser showed up! The cashier/receptionist and (the owner) made calls were to track anyone down just for me. That extra effort, while initially frustrating, ended up making my day. They gave me the same amazing cut I’ve always loved, and I left feeling like myself again. While I wish the initial scheduling had gone smoother, I appreciate the effort they made to make things right. But maybe work on customer service, like I said I wasnt sure if I was going to get my haircut after driving over an hour in traffic. I hope my next visit is seamless from start to finish.

Ariana Mendoza Salon was great. I highly recommend going with Alicia. She was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted and gave great hair advice.

Han Tran I was honestly a little nervous going in because it was my first time but Rachelle made the whole experience amazing! She was super sweet, incredibly friendly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and was so gentle and professional. I’m so glad I chose her for my first wax and it couldn’t have gone better! Will definitely be going to her from now on:)

Jaz Rachelle did such a good job of making me feel comfortable and educating me on proper aftercare and recommending products. It was my first ever Brazilian and I was a little nervous about it even if I didn’t show it. That’s because I’ve seen/heard horror stories, but she immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer but most importantly as a person. She used hard wax for both my brazilian and my legs and it was the best experience ever. Will be coming to her only from now on :)

Daisy Flores I love Rachelle. Highly recommend her. She was extremely nice as soon as I walked in, which was very comforting because I was extremely scared/nervous since this was my first Brazilian wax ever!! I thought that it was going to be extremely painful, but it was NOT bad at all!! I loved that she talked about the whole process with me and if I had any questions or concerns she would answer them. She was very gentle! She also did not make me feel uncomfortable at all which was amazing! She is very talented and knows her shit! So if you reading this, this is your sign get your waxes done with Rachelle.

Caitlin Villa They are rude I called to see if they do balayages and the guy literally hung up on me and I asked if I can speak with some one else and he said no and hung up! I will not be coming back to them as they just lost a costumer

Elizabeth Figueroa Went for a haircut, asked for layers, she didn’t give me layers, you can barely see them or not at all, also looks choppy. I had long hair, I told her to cut just below the chest, the hair is about my shoulders. I am devastated, felt like crying looking at it, because it took so long so grow out my hair. No only is it short, it has no style. Do not go here, lady does not know how to style or cut hair, spent like 5 minutes in the chair and maybe 3-4 min of her trying to style and blow dry it. When she was finished I just looked at it like “huh?” Couldn’t see layers just looked like she chopped it up to my shoulders. Go somewhere else.

Mighty Mike 18 bucks for a simple cut. Waited like 45 minutes when there were 3 people on lunch. But for some reason my teenage boys insist on going there. For now on their going to have to work for them hair cuts.

Nayeli Lazaro My go to hair salon. My hair is in between wavy and frizzy. They absolutely always know how to cut it just right so it wont be as hard to handle. Their service is absolutely the best.
