Deepa Sundar Well I have been sitting on this one experience, thinking if I should share it or no but after talking to some of my friends and the Cosmetologist in my regular salon, I felt it’s important I write my feedback. I used to go regularly for my waxing and eyebrows here. They are good and the staff really very sweet. But when I went in for my hair treatment consult and after speaking to the so called expert/ experienced hair stylist I decided to go in for a Keratin treatment. But I didn’t realize I was calling for a disaster to my already thinning hair. Firstly the stylist is overbearing, garrulous and unapologetic for his behavior and bad work. Not sure what kind of product was used, the result was an extreme, unmanageable Frizzy hair (which is something I have never have had) that turned blonde post the treatment. When expressed my dissatisfaction and shock seeing the result, the stylist bluntly refused to take responsibility of the mess and was argumentative. After a great deal of back and forth the Stylist agreed to fix the issue, but to no avail. Conclusion- I am left with a frizzy unmanageable hair, quite shaken up still with the experience that has left a bad taste, barring me from going for any further treatment to salvage it from getting worse. Deeba- Sandeep are great in providing other services. So to them I would give them a 5 ⭐️ But just try avoiding to go to them for any concerns related to your hair! Even after requesting them for a picture (which they took before- after) to show it to my regular Coiffurist, they refused to send- give it to me, exclaiming it was deleted.

Silia Laulea I’ve known Tammy for years and she’s amazing. I get my lashes,facial, and Brazilian wax done by her. Let me tell you, she’s the best in what she does. I get compliments all the time! Lashes are always full and natural looking, facial is super clean and shiny, and my wax feels refreshing and smooth. Don’t miss out

Diane Firmalino Got my brows laminated, tinted, and waxed by Tammi and, wow, best decision ever! She’s super friendly, made the whole thing feel like a breeze. My brows are perfect now – full, shaped just right, and the tint is spot on. HIGHLY recommend!!

Emily Teitelbaum Tammi has been my go-to esthetician for about 3 years now. I’ve had a variety of different facials, as well as lash lifts and brow lamination. I always leave with glowing skin, and Tammi is always so sweet and super friendly. Her place is clean and calming, she explains what she is doing, and she also offers suggestions without forcing anything extra.

Ayushi Arya I didnt not like the service at all. I go to salon for facial hair waxing on upper lip but using regular wax haur does not come and again when they try they apply very hot wax on my skin which hurts me ( no injury). They ask me to apply another wax which is more than regular price i declined it. its first time experience my hair does not remove. On my previous vist to this salon there is no problem at all but this time they indirectly want me to do higher wax waxing. At the end i did not pay as i my hairs did not remove. This my last vist to this salon.

Kumar Keerthana “KK” Fantastic service! Ulka was friendly and was very good at eyebrow threading. I normally hurt a lot when I get my eyebrows done but I didn’t feel a thing with her. She was so good.

Swapna Divya Potluri Did okay on eyebrows. Facial was good. However was constantly on the phone and left me for more than 5 mins in between my facial. I think the worst was the haircut. Completely botched it. Please don’t get haircut here. I’m pretty mad that I took the risk since I usually go to a different place.

Geri Nguyen Beautiful meticulous quality services. Julia does an amazing job every month with my eyelash extensions. I always get complimented every month, weeks after I get a refill set and they last almost an entire month. Shes also great with haircuts and styling. I just told her to trim off a bit of hair and cut it however she thought would make me look nice and she totally delivered. I got so many compliments on my haircut to this day. Cant recommend this woman enough.

Chelsea Widjaja Thi always does an amazing job with my eyelashes, and she always remembers how I like them! She also does a rewards card system which I havent seen others do before. I have also gotten my eyebrows microbladed by her and they look so amazing and natural! Every service by her seems amazing and I couldnt recommend her enough.

Lin Liu This is my first visit to ThiBui Beauty and It took me some time to find the place. Actually the studio is located inside the Salon Republic. The entire environment is comfortable and clean. Tell the front desk you have an appointment with ThiBui Beauty and they will lead you to the studio. Thi is very friendly and polite. I had a great experience getting extensions for the first time with she. Absolutely in love with my lashes. I would recommend her if you are looking to get your lash extensions in the Sunnyvale area.

Bandana Garg I go here to get my eyebrows done. Sunita is great at threading. Very fast and efficient and makes sure the customer is satisfied. During covid she switched to holding the thread around her neck instead of her mouth while threading. So much more hygienic and felt a lot safer. I definitely recommend her.

sammie I get my eyebrows done almost every month here. Sumela ( I think is her name and how you spell it) does a very good job, and she is very quick. I also get my mustache area waxed. She does a very good job. Also, it has a very good price. Thank you and keep up the good work!

It’s Catherine I absolutely loved Kary’s new salon, it’s so clean and it has a very warm and comforting feeling to it. They have everything from haircuts to facials and they even have someone that specializes in men’s facial hair. I adored the way Kary cut and styled my hair, it came out just the way I wanted it to. I wouldn’t change Kary for another stylist ever, I love the way she does her work and how friendly and welcoming she is.

Silence Dogood This is _not_ for men. The dressers do not know how to use scissors, depending wholly on clippers to cut your hair. Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received, and she took over 45 minutes to do it. She was friendly, so there’s the 2 star rating. If you’re going to try it, give them a clipper size or two longer than you actually want, cause they’ll likely have to cut more to try and even it out. Seriously, I’ve given myself better haircuts.

Admin The barbers performance is totally AMATEUR. I told her to keep the original hairstyle but make it half short. She kept asking me which size of clipper is proper. Actually I have no idea about the clipper size. So she cut a little and then ask whether it is still longer. She continued to do this for about 4-5 times which makes me impatient at last. It seems like she wants me to tell her EVERY SINGLE ACTION she should perform on my hair. At last, the hair style was a mess which was no better than what I could do to myself.

Bhavya Kothari I visited during their "happy hour" for a full hands and legs waxing. While the sign at the salon listed the price as $50, I was charged $55. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff member said the prices had changed—but there was no updated pricing displayed. When I inquired about the cost of other basic services like eyebrow or upper lip waxing, she didn’t know and had to call the owner to confirm. This inconsistency made me feel like the pricing might vary depending on the customer. Additionally, the waxing room was not clean. There was wax residue on various surfaces, and I had to use a tissue to place my purse down. Overall, not a great experience in terms of transparency or hygiene.

gardencity 2808 I recently visited for my kid haircut and eyebrow threading for myself , and I had an amazing experience! For my kid haircut, the stylist really listened to what she wanted and offered great suggestions based on her hair type. The cut turned out perfect – exactly what she was hoping for. As for the eyebrow threading, it was quick, precise, and relatively painless. Overall, I am very satisfied with both services and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place.

Naia Sasano It was my first time getting eyebrow threading in a while and Ruby was amazing! She listened to how I wanted them to look, and was very kind the entire time. She not only cleared out the excess hair, but shaped my brows perfectly as well. I am very happy with my results. I definitely want to come back!

Misty Santana Alondra is absolutely amazing!! She’s been doing my brows for over 2 years now and I don’t trust anyone but her. She’s so precise, detail oriented and the sweetest person ever. I started getting my lashes lifted a few months ago and she always leaves them looking gorgeous. I can’t recommend her enough.

Katie Gomez Alondra is my go to for all wax services and lash lifts! She has been doing my face and body waxes for the past 5 years. I cannot recommend her enough. She is super sweet, professional and pays attention to detail. She always has a positive attitude! She is located in Sunnyvale. Parking is easy to find. Her room is very peaceful and is always clean and sanitary.
