I’ll admit, I’m a bit particular, so I requested two hair previews (yes, I’m that bride), and Ann was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. I knew from the moment we had our discovery call that Id be in great hands on our wedding day. She really listened to every detail and concern and made sure we were all happy with the final looks. Our previews together were so fun and interactive. Her communication was spot on, always keeping me updated and at ease, which was extremely appreciated. On the big day, my hair and makeup were absolutely wonderful and lasted through all the moments, laughs and most importantly the tears! Ann’s dedication to detail, patience, and care truly shines through in the final result. My recent experience with Ann was truly special. In February, I got married at Santa Barbara Courthouse and it was a day filled with many reasons to be happy. One of them is that I booked Ann for my bridal hair and makeup!! Was super glad she was able to travel to provide her services. Ann was organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly comforting throughout the entire process. Since I’m not a daily makeup user, I definitely leaned in a bit to her suggestions and recommendations. However, she always encouraged me to share what I liked to see! Booking a preview appointment with Ann was incredibly helpful. We were able to play and have fun creating the look, so by day-of services, she knew the foundation and could adjust it if needed. On day-of services, I was blown away. I looked in the mirror and just felt so much confidence. The way my makeup was layered on looked flawless. The hair and makeup was everything I could have wanted - say yes to hair extensions if you’re thinking about it. She made me feel like a beautiful glowing bride! She was professional from the beginning, contract was clear, and her communication was great. Whenever I had questions, Ann was quick to respond and provide clear feedback/solutions. I always feel my best and well taken care of throughout the service. I love my lash sets with her because she knows what suits my eye shape and takes in consideration of the style I like. She offers classic, hybrid and volume sets. The products used during facials are high-quality and I could feel the difference immediately! She uses the best products and tools to create the perfect hairstyle on my thick, wavy hair. I absolutely love each and everytime she does it. Overall, Ann is very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive to her clients and quick to respond via email or text.
