Bhavya Kothari I visited during their "happy hour" for a full hands and legs waxing. While the sign at the salon listed the price as $50, I was charged $55. When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff member said the prices had changed—but there was no updated pricing displayed. When I inquired about the cost of other basic services like eyebrow or upper lip waxing, she didn’t know and had to call the owner to confirm. This inconsistency made me feel like the pricing might vary depending on the customer. Additionally, the waxing room was not clean. There was wax residue on various surfaces, and I had to use a tissue to place my purse down. Overall, not a great experience in terms of transparency or hygiene.

gardencity 2808 I recently visited for my kid haircut and eyebrow threading for myself , and I had an amazing experience! For my kid haircut, the stylist really listened to what she wanted and offered great suggestions based on her hair type. The cut turned out perfect – exactly what she was hoping for. As for the eyebrow threading, it was quick, precise, and relatively painless. Overall, I am very satisfied with both services and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place.

Naia Sasano It was my first time getting eyebrow threading in a while and Ruby was amazing! She listened to how I wanted them to look, and was very kind the entire time. She not only cleared out the excess hair, but shaped my brows perfectly as well. I am very happy with my results. I definitely want to come back!

Divya kathiravan I wish I could give this place zero stars. Total disappointment and completely unprofessional! I made an appointment the previous day but ended up wasting my time. They don’t seem to value their clients’ time, as they prioritized others who arrived after me, claiming they were long-time customers with appointments at the same time. The salon was understaffed, with only one person handling all the clients. She asked me to wait, saying she had called her boss to send someone else, but instead, she proceeded to take another client for a waxing service. I waited for almost 45 minutes, during which no one else showed up, and the person continued working with the other client. Frustrated, I asked the owner for an update, only to be told it would take another 20 minutes for someone to arrive. By this time, I had already waited over an hour. The owner tried to persuade me not to leave a review by offering a discount, but at that point, I just wanted to get the service done. I waited an additional 10 minutes, and still, no one showed up. I was so frustrated that I left and went to another nearby salon, where the service was truly remarkable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place! Appointments here are completely pointless and a waste of time.

Swetha Thiyagarajan I wish there was a zero star option. I have been here one time for my brows and they did a good job before. Expecting their service would be the same, but this time when I went to get my face waxed, it was a complete disaster. I specifically told people that I have sensitive skin and requested them to use hard wax. The person who waxed my face, convinced that this wax worked well for sensitive skin. While attending to me, she was literally in a hurry to get my face done just to take in the other customers. After completing it she casually said "oh I see a couple of cuts on your face as your skin was very soft". Really??? This is how you respond?? No apologies and nothing. In the end my entire face was bruised and I have to go through the pain. I understand its festive time and they get a lot of customers. They could have simply asked me to wait or could have said a no to walk in clients and I would have done that to get a better service. In the end I felt like this place only wants clients, their money and not their satisfaction. Never going again!

lavanya kilaru Parneet has done magic to my hair, it became so smooth and hydrated and shiny. She spent more than three hours on my hair and took extra care ,I love her patience and detail work.so I would recommend this saloon to all.the only downside is the prices.

He went above and beyond, working past closing hours to ensure I was completely satisfied. His attention to detail and skill are exceptional. Kanak Nathani I’ve been going to Khoobsurat Salon for my hairstyling, and Deep is absolutely amazing! He’s not just a hair stylist he’s an artist. Deep takes the time to understand exactly what I want and always makes sure I leave the salon feeling confident and looking my best.

Ayushi Arya I didnt not like the service at all. I go to salon for facial hair waxing on upper lip but using regular wax haur does not come and again when they try they apply very hot wax on my skin which hurts me ( no injury). They ask me to apply another wax which is more than regular price i declined it. its first time experience my hair does not remove. On my previous vist to this salon there is no problem at all but this time they indirectly want me to do higher wax waxing. At the end i did not pay as i my hairs did not remove. This my last vist to this salon.

Deepa Sundar Well I have been sitting on this one experience, thinking if I should share it or no but after talking to some of my friends and the Cosmetologist in my regular salon, I felt it’s important I write my feedback. I used to go regularly for my waxing and eyebrows here. They are good and the staff really very sweet. But when I went in for my hair treatment consult and after speaking to the so called expert/ experienced hair stylist I decided to go in for a Keratin treatment. But I didn’t realize I was calling for a disaster to my already thinning hair. Firstly the stylist is overbearing, garrulous and unapologetic for his behavior and bad work. Not sure what kind of product was used, the result was an extreme, unmanageable Frizzy hair (which is something I have never have had) that turned blonde post the treatment. When expressed my dissatisfaction and shock seeing the result, the stylist bluntly refused to take responsibility of the mess and was argumentative. After a great deal of back and forth the Stylist agreed to fix the issue, but to no avail. Conclusion- I am left with a frizzy unmanageable hair, quite shaken up still with the experience that has left a bad taste, barring me from going for any further treatment to salvage it from getting worse. Deeba- Sandeep are great in providing other services. So to them I would give them a 5 ⭐️ But just try avoiding to go to them for any concerns related to your hair! Even after requesting them for a picture (which they took before- after) to show it to my regular Coiffurist, they refused to send- give it to me, exclaiming it was deleted.

Kumar Keerthana “KK” Fantastic service! Ulka was friendly and was very good at eyebrow threading. I normally hurt a lot when I get my eyebrows done but I didn’t feel a thing with her. She was so good.

Swapna Divya Potluri Did okay on eyebrows. Facial was good. However was constantly on the phone and left me for more than 5 mins in between my facial. I think the worst was the haircut. Completely botched it. Please don’t get haircut here. I’m pretty mad that I took the risk since I usually go to a different place.

Shiva Parvathi Do not visit this salon, all the reviews are fake. I went for a haircut and she spoilt my hair wantedly. Cut my hair too short and out of proportion. Don’t recommend this place for haircuts. Eyebrows service is good,

kiran kumari kasat This will be my go to place for hair and make up after my recent visit to the salon. Amrit did my hair and Raj did my make up. They’re extremely patient, listen to you and understand what you need instead of deciding for you. They went extra mile to help me dress up which wasn’t something I had told them before. If you’re someone who doesn’t do any make up because you’re afraid you might not look as natural as you want to be, then this salon is a must visit! Thanks Amrit and Raj you made my day special !!

Linze Shi Absolutely atrocious experience. This was less of a haircut and more of a speedrun challenge. The barber spent just a few minutes hacking away at my hair, leaving it uneven and completely unblended—clearly more interested in getting rid of me than actually doing their job. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to demand a high tip, as if they had just performed some kind of masterpiece instead of a botched job. As a final touch, they left me covered in tiny hair clippings—on my face, down my neck, inside and outside my clothes—so I could take a piece of their "work" home with me. No attempt was made to brush them off, because why bother when you can just rush to the next victim? If you’re looking for a premium experience in speed butchery, look no further. Otherwise, save yourself the regret.

Zhao I came here for a mens haircut, and it was the best one Ive ever had in the Bay Area. I highly recommend Jessica for her skill and attentiveness to her clients needs. Online appointment booking is also convenient and reliable, and you can expect to receive confirmation from the owner.

Nini Nini Worst salon ever. My Mom was going to Forever beauty to get her haircut. After she came back from the salon her hair looked fine. However my Mother lost so much hair. If you don’t believe me you can check the photos I uploaded. I wish I can put 0 stars. I also hope my Mom can sew the salon. I hate this stupid salon!

Ann Gail Paris I’ve been working with Diana as a fellow wedding vendor and client since 2021 and I plan to support her beauty business as long as I can. I love her wedding makeup services and customized facials! She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. Her salon studio space is so warm and welcoming and I always look forward to treating myself to some self care when I book an appointment with her. Anastasiia Rukavyshnykova Krasa studio is an amazing place for body and beauty services. Highly recommend it if you want to work with people who are awesome at what they do, love their work and welcome you with a big smile every time; they welcome you in a beautiful space where you can relax and take care of yourself. Location is very convenient, just blocks away from downtown Sunnyvale. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would. Online booking is also super convenient. Chelsea Widjaja Thi always does an amazing job with my eyelashes, and she always remembers how I like them! She also does a rewards card system which I havent seen others do before. I have also gotten my eyebrows microbladed by her and they look so amazing and natural! Every service by her seems amazing and I couldnt recommend her enough.

Lin Liu This is my first visit to ThiBui Beauty and It took me some time to find the place. Actually the studio is located inside the Salon Republic. The entire environment is comfortable and clean. Tell the front desk you have an appointment with ThiBui Beauty and they will lead you to the studio. Thi is very friendly and polite. I had a great experience getting extensions for the first time with she. Absolutely in love with my lashes. I would recommend her if you are looking to get your lash extensions in the Sunnyvale area.

Sienna Goodwin Im very particular (pickie) when it comes to my lashes and ThiBui Beauty are the BEST! I always feel and look amazing. The lashes are specific to each individual. So perfect! Im always satisfied. The staff is friendly, professional and sweet. The environment is very relaxing, warm and inviting. To have customized lashes, friendly staff, professional, comfortable and relaxing experience its worth my time.

sabitra dhakal I just went today for facial and waxing. The ambiance was really great. They were very welcoming and during my whole time they talked through the process if what they were doing. The facial massage was the best service that I got alongside threading and waxing. 10/10 service. I would definitely reccommend this place. Great service.

She is very professional and also very kind and sweet. I’ve gotten my brows and lashes plus body waxing and I always love all the results. She is the best at what she does. Misty Santana Alondra is absolutely amazing!! She’s been doing my brows for over 2 years now and I don’t trust anyone but her. She’s so precise, detail oriented and the sweetest person ever. I started getting my lashes lifted a few months ago and she always leaves them looking gorgeous. I can’t recommend her enough.

Katie Gomez Alondra is my go to for all wax services and lash lifts! She has been doing my face and body waxes for the past 5 years. I cannot recommend her enough. She is super sweet, professional and pays attention to detail. She always has a positive attitude! She is located in Sunnyvale. Parking is easy to find. Her room is very peaceful and is always clean and sanitary.

Silence Dogood This is _not_ for men. The dressers do not know how to use scissors, depending wholly on clippers to cut your hair. Literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received, and she took over 45 minutes to do it. She was friendly, so there’s the 2 star rating. If you’re going to try it, give them a clipper size or two longer than you actually want, cause they’ll likely have to cut more to try and even it out. Seriously, I’ve given myself better haircuts.

Admin The barbers performance is totally AMATEUR. I told her to keep the original hairstyle but make it half short. She kept asking me which size of clipper is proper. Actually I have no idea about the clipper size. So she cut a little and then ask whether it is still longer. She continued to do this for about 4-5 times which makes me impatient at last. It seems like she wants me to tell her EVERY SINGLE ACTION she should perform on my hair. At last, the hair style was a mess which was no better than what I could do to myself.

K Gamch fam Danyelle is incredible! I’ve been going to Danyelle for 15 years She works magic with my hair time and time again! I trust no one else to manage my hair. I have extremely curly/frizzy hair that can get out of control. Danyelle knows exactly how to manage it and get it looking smooth and beautiful. She is a master at the Brazilian blow out and she’s a color artist. I highly recommend glamour by D and Danyelle! You won’t be disappointed!!
