M S: Please please be aware of this please! I purchased a Groupon voucher from them for full highlights. And my hair was literally LITERALLY ripped because how she bleached my hair. She overtoned my hair that it turned people. I just couldn’t believe what I was seen in my hair that I just left after they washed it. Iam not a bitter or angry customer I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. They need to be held accountable, if they don’t know how to do something they shouldn’t be out here trying to practice.

Krissy G: Zero stars. Christina Haley didnt bother to give the layered haircut I showed a picture of. Did half of what pic showed. Laziest cut quickest cut ever. Left me w/ugly yellow highlights. Due to rinsing off toner in quickest time ever processed only 7-10 mins. Didnt do chunky highlights as asked in front, (even showed a pic) and gave highlights that were much lighter than wanted. Left my fine hair breaking off quite a bit. I had even explained prior to service, that bleach on my hair too long would do this. Never had this happened and even she said my hair was in excellent condition. Wont be back & dont recommend. Should have listened to the Groupon reviews that stated she rushes appts, not too mention she denies doing this. Will take your money but didnt want to do anything right. PASS!! Not a lot of common sense & too much attitude.

Maureen Henderson: I have been going to Syrah Day Spa for several years. The spa (and wellness clinic) has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and the staff makes you feel very welcome. I go there for a variety of services and have always been completely satisfied. They recently added some additional services, i.e., an infrared sauna and red light therapy bed. Additionally, they are now offering a monthly membership program which I decided to give a try. I love it. I can make my appointments online and receive confirmations almost immediately. When I arrive for my appointments, the staff is smiling, pleasant and has prepared in advance for my arrival. I leave feeling happy, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of the day, or sometimes, just go home and relax a little more. Check out the program -- there are several package options. Im sure there will be one which will suit you perfectly.

Fiona has been cutting my hair for at least 15 years now, I have hair that is very straight and she knows how to style and layer it so that it has more body and looks so much better. Fiona and Tanya are both so kind, they always remember your name and your preferences. I would definitely recommend Fiona, and have many times! The suite is a secure location, you walk in and call Fiona from the front lobby and she buzzes you in. The suite is brand new and really nice. Give My Salon Suite and especially Tanya and Fiona Hair Studio a try!
