Jennifer Diaz I have been going to this salon and had always loved my hair. Except when Michelle did my hair, my layers were very uneven on both sides. The way she cut my hair was not precise at all. I called the salon for a refund and the owner did not let me unless i came back to the salon but i left for college that next day so I couldn’t come back. I even suggested to send them pictures but the owner refused to even look at them. There are other stylists who work here who are very talented but maybe I was unlucky that day.

Emma Schwartz Michelle always does an incredible job on my hair! The prettiest highlights or color - whatever I want to do with my hair! Not only is she great at hair, but she is so nice and lovely to chat with. :) I love the service here, highly recommend Michelle! Very friendly people!

Sai Vivekananda I have been going to this Aveda saloon since last 3 years, and it’s great. My stylist Michelle has been the best stylist I have ever had. I have gotten many compliments for haircuts I had. Hands down, Michelle is the best.

Iman Barakat My old threading place closed and decided to give this company another try because last time I came I had scabs under my eyebrow the next day. I came in yesterday and it was the most painful threading experience I ever had because she went so slow and kept going over the same place over and over again. When I looked in the mirror in my car I realized my eyebrows are uneven and I have scabs under my eyebrow and they are so tender after 24 hours. I never post reviews but I my eyebrows are something I’m very particular over and now I have to have to wait a few weeks for them to grow out.

Harshitha Reddy I had a worst experience with facial waxing. This happened on 11/16 around 7pm (last customer). The esthetician who waxed was very harsh while removing the strips and it ripped off my first layer of skin causing bruises. She used a harsh napkin to wipe the moisturiser. It’s been 3 days and it’s turning black day by day leaving a mark on both sides of eyes. I intimated her beforehand to be really careful as it is a sensitive area but the lady didn’t pay any attention to my pain nor the skin. Worst experience ever and I would never to salon again

Sara D. I have gone to Sutra for years, and I work with Ria and Anna, and they do a great job threading my eyebrows. However, this time they were both off and I worked with a lady whose name I dont remember but starts with a K, maybe Krish or something similar. I had my favorite eyebrow shape and keep it relatively clean, but needed a bit of clean up. Instead she over threaded my eyebrows and changed the shape without asking me. She also started on the longer/bigger eyebrow first and couldnt match the shape on the second one. They end at different heights now. The longer eyebrow ends at the same height as the top of my eye and the shorter one ends at the same height as the middle of my eye. The longer one has a flat arch while the shorter one arches down. She threaded too quickly or didnt use a tweezer when she couldnt control her thread and made gaps in my eyebrows bottom edge. Its near the holidays and Im so sad that I will have to keep my eyebrows patchy to grow them back out. If I hadnt worked with Ria or Anna, I would give this place a 1 star review. This may be the poorest eyebrow threading experience Ive had.

Emmy Zhan First time ever having a professional massage. I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing with a nice lounge and get-ready and shower rooms. The session was amazing and I will definitely be signing up for a longer session next time!

Winny Currently working on recovering from some muscle injuries, and Wen Wen is amazing at deep tissue massage! She has so much strength in her massage movements - Im really impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. Wen Wen was great with her recommendations and I learned more about the treatments that are available. Looking forward to rebooking and taking the time to try out the sauna and steam room prior to treatments (I didnt get there early enough for my first visit). The locker room and changing area is neat and convenient, and there are a plethora of products so you dont have to bring anything if you want to shower and get ready after treatments. You can tell that the spa owner put a lot of time and money into the facilities and available products. Definitely one of the most comfortable massage beds and treatments Ive ever experienced (compared to other high end spas like Montage, Bacara/Ritz Carlton, etc...) I was able to relax, hydrate, and enjoy some tasty crackers after my treatments. If youre looking for a spa that has nice facilities, give Supreme Beauty Life a try! A note that the building exterior (facade signage) currently says "Grand Orient Retreat Spa" instead of "Supreme Beauty Life." Part of a large plaza, so I didnt have any trouble parking. Will be back again soon as part of my recovery plan!

Meng Jiao I had a wonderful experience here. The showers and steam rooms were relaxing, and the relaxation area offered great snacks and drinks. I enjoyed a fantastic massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. I loved it so much that I bought a membership and booked an appointment for my husband. Highly recommend it for a day of pampering!

Neel Kasat very bad experience multiple times. Barber insists on cutting more saying it’s to “layer” I simply asked for a 1/2 in off the sides and back ended up with a bowl cut and 2 inches off the top would not recommend place and definitely not Jane as your barber.

Lisa i will never forget what this place did to my hair. i asked for a simple balayage and they made the back if my head look like a zebra print. this salon had obviously no experience with dyeing hair because it was honestly the worst experience of my whole life. i couldn’t sleep and cried all day because of it. due to my asian hair being naturally black i asked for a brown color so the color difference is better but what did they do to my hair?! they bleached it blond leaving streaks of it at the end. so disappointed

S D The price is good, but I wish the stylist will manage their emotions better. She just cut my hair without asking me how I like to cut. When I said it was too short, she defended it and said it will grow long very soon. If I have my ideas, she kind of scored me. How sad. Please respect your custom.

Sally Tehran Negs is insanely talented!! I booked her for my bridal hair and makeup. I went into my trial so unsure of how I wanted to do my hair and makeup and she talked me through the process and gave me ideas and tested out looks. Jill Chen It is very difficult to find the first time. If you follow the navigation, you will be taken to Dahua Supermarket, which is completely wrong. The real entrance is on the other side. I suggest entering Sola Salons in the navigation and then following the red arrow entrance in the photo to find the small room No. 25.

Christina Gemignani Sydney is an amazing hair artist. She listens to your what you are asking and for me I give her the freedom to cut and color with very little boundaries. She had a gift of uplifting your mood and making you feel beautiful. My hair always feels so refreshed and the volume comes back quickly. You won’t regret getting your hair done by her. In fact my whole family does now.

Laura Ortega I have been going to Christina for about a year now and she does a fantastic job on my eyelash extensions. I have incredibly sensitive eyes. When I first saw her she listened and knew immediately what was causing me issues. Now I leave my appointments with great lashes and eyes that are not irritated or burned. Highly recommend you see her to look and feel your best :) She is also very flexible with bookings!

Dami Shin Ive been waxing for quite some time but Christina has been by far one the most professional, friendliest estheticians I have met and has made every experience so comfortable. Ive jumped around a lot to find the right person, it took me awhile, but i finally found her! She is so easy to talk to and makes things feel painless!
