1 /5 Soua Yang: After saying to me that home visit and phone call is optional, they let their nurse showed up at my door without an appointment or permission from me. Sorry but not sorry im not opening my door to someone i have not agree to open my door to. I’ve done my job as a parent to get my child’s lab work done and get better. All they ever done is ask the same useless questions everytime they called me or visit my child at home. Waste tax payers money for these fresno county nurses. Useless nurses that they think they know better but all they do is use the same redundant questions again and again. Who do they think they are??? You asked me is it okay for you to call me, but never did i ever said im gonna call you back… cuz its pointless talk until we see the results of the lab work.

4 /5 Dominique Ramos: Was able to get my baby his vaccinations. Thank goodness they have a program to help with this. I was getting very worried about my baby falling behind. They couldve been a bit more organized but times are tough and I get it. Im just happy we got what we needed done.

Alarcon Rose “Moving Up2021”: This place is awful. Everyone lies, they force medications on people and take away human rights. The staff takes away peoples humanity by breaking them down while admitted. My wife came home full of bruises, puncture marks, had no food or water, and a gash on her forehead after Clovis community falsely held her, and forged documents in order to abuse her. She refused medication because she was cognizant and knew she couldnt/ didnt need it, and they took away her human rights in order to force her to "comply" with treatment. I had to go there and force them to listen after the doctor called me and couldnt diagnose her. Ive never had an experience like this in my entire life with medical personnel, and I wouldnt wish this for anyone, let alone showings is crisis. Dont go here, they abuse people and lie about everything.

Lipmeng Heng: This facility has a very very poor service and heartless. My ear has a very bad infection and needs air drop medicine for that. I saw a Dr. at this facility and requested a particular ear drop that works for my infected ear which was prescribed by other Dr. with 0 refill. At the end of the visit, I double made sure with the Dr. to prescribe me the medicine that works for my ear infection and the Dr. agreed to prescribe me the medicine and would send it out to the pharmacy for me to pick up. However the prescription was not sent and no ear drop for my infected ear and was left in pain. I called to the facility and was told to pass the information to the Dr. and heard no response from the Dr.. I stopped by the facility 2 times in 2 different days talking to the people work at the counter, they gave me the same answer which they will pass the information to the Dr. and heard nothing from that facility. Today was the fourth day after seeing the Dr., I called to the facility again asking for the status for my ear drop and nothing was updated from the Dr. and was told to set up another appointment for the same symptom. Why I went to see the Dr. in the first place? it seems like this facility is abusing the helpless patients. Please someone who has the power to investigate and find out how they conduct their business

Ismelda: Booked my appointment at 5:00 in the morning for 8:00 in the morning I arrived at the premises. Facility was clean, staff was very nice. I was seeing immediately. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were very thorough with information. My visit took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go back again. Thank you staff

Jennifer Atkins: I went to the Urgent Care today yes the day after Christmas and it was so busy. It was about an hour’s wait but went smoothly! Monique was in front and was processing clients and answering phones with ease. She was always professional when speaking with customers and very apologetic when someone had been on hold for a time. She never skipped a beat and made the wait enjoyable. JJ took me to the back and as with Monique she was processing clients with ease and in a friendly manner. Thank you both for making my time there easy to endure. The doctor was also fantastic! Here’s to feeling better soon!

christian bueno: One time I took my kid as a walk in since my insurance has been discontinued and when I got there they were so nice checked me in and all. Like an hour later they said if I can come back after the doctors lunch. I went home fed my kids. I came back and was told my son couldn’t be seen. They tried telling me it wasn’t a good excuse for him to miss school. I made them give me a doctors note and they ended up seeing . Until today it’s been maybe like 7-8 months and I’m still waiting for my sons podiatrist referral. Worst place ever.

Laren R: Awful hold times, sometimes up to 45min, the staff is very rude, and make going even more a nightmare, much less calling. Doctor is only there a few days outa the week. If you can go elsewhere, do. Unless you like not getting help.

Genesee Paine: My husband was brought in by ambulance after having a ruptured ulcer and throwing up black (dead) blood. After racing into the ER they brought me back right away to see him, he was in critical condition, I was distraught and the staff was so amazing and compassionate. He ended up getting a bed/room and staying for 5 days and needed 5 blood transfusions. I was able to stay with him on the fold-out couch in his room which was very private and nicely designed. The nurses and doctors were angels, every single one of them were informed, attentive and even patient with my millions of questions. Even the neurologists made visits, as he has epilepsy, where his meds were adjusted & he has way less seizures now! This is the hospital for us in scary situations that I hope never happen again, but if they do- I know we’ll be in the best hands ever. Thank you, Clovis Community.
