Patti Carr: The last place I wanted to be was at the hospital but Dan S. (The mid-level) took amazing care of me. He had to stitch up my face in 2 different places after a fall and you can’t even tell where the stitches were! He did an amazing job and deserves all the recognition! He is a great asset in the Los Robles ER.

ninacando09: Dr. Siddiqui is simply, the best. I have been her patient for many years. She and her amazing staff have been able to handle every one of my varied medical issues immediately and thoroughly. She is not just highly competent, she is also kind and a good listener. If you are fortunate enough to have Dr. Siddiqui as your doctor, you are fortunate indeed.

Michelle: I wish I had read reviews before. I thought I was coming in for an annual well visit (covered by insurance not subject to deductible), but this office charged it as a level 4 office visit and after insurance discount I was charged $661. I would recommend you ask them what code they will use for your visit and checking with your insurance company before making an appointment. I will be needing a prescription renewal (for a thyroid medicine Ive been on over 10 years), and billing let me know that would be coded as an office visit and would cost at least $500. I am not returning to this office and am disgusted with their practices. They know full well that people coming in for a scheduled physical are expecting their insurance to pay--they should at least warn people. Dr. Tanvi Desai was okay, not great. Very disappointed overall. I do have to say that the building is nice and clean.

Coral Eisenbruch: Brought my cat in at 3am on New Years Eve, and was helped by Ryan, Dani, and Dr Martinez. They were quick, incredibly knowledgeable and the most sympathetic people I have ever met. Dani in particular (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) had the sweetest demeanor, and Im so grateful they were there to take care of my fur baby. For anyone complaining about expense - this is the responsibility you assumed as a pet owner. I did the math and this clinic is charging around $100/hr to take care of your pet, which includes all of their highly skilled veterinarians such as Dr Pinkerton who helped explain the remaining treatment process, their incredible and patient vet techs, their facility that is open 24/7 even on holidays, and all the required equipment and medicine to treat our pets. Im so thankful they were there to help my cat and while I hope I dont have any other emergencies, I know if I do theyll be well taken care of here at VSEC. Thank you to the whole team!!
Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital - Thousand Oaks
Morgan Z: Had such a great experience getting outpatient surgery at TOSH. The process for scheduling the surgery was smooth and billing questions were answered quickly. All the peri-op nursing staff were outstanding. I haven’t had surgery in a while and was quite nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery hospital is very nice and every staff member was professional and kind. Hopefully won’t have to come back anytime soon, but would definitely choose this facility for any future procedures, if at all possible.

    Conejo Childrens Medical Group
RobynandByron OBerry: Absolutely love Conejo Children’s! As a parent, I appreciate the care and attention given to each patient. I never feel like my questions and concerns are unimportant. They genuinely have your child’s best interest at heart. I also like that someone answers the phone each time I call with limited hold times. I’ve never had a problem making a timely appointment with my provider of choice, which is Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin is amazing and very warm hearted. For the first time, my kids LOVE going to the doctor. Of course, they enjoy the treats and gifts given after their appointments, but Dr. Rubin listens and cares about my kids. She engages them in conversation and reciprocates/shares information to make them feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Children’s. And I also appreciate seeing Karen at the front desk during every visit; it’s nice seeing a familiar face each time we walk in that knows you by name. Thank you to the entire staff for impacting each child “from diapers to diplomas”.

Margaret Haynes Switzer: Receptionist Maryann has to be the most uninformed, rude, and extremely unprofessional person to be in the position of checking in patients. She has a very vile personality and is very argumentative. Kaiser Permanente should definitely check to ascertain if she has a mental problem.
Daryoush Jadali, MD - Thousand Oaks
    Daryoush Jadali, MD
Ashley Garcia: My experience with Dr Jadali during my high-risk pregnancy was nothing short of awful. He dismissed me and made me feel that my condition wasn’t worthy of his attention (low PAPP-A and Anti-E blood incompatibility that can lead to hemolytic anemia). He made comments about my insurance being an HMO and that regal won’t “pay for any scans so it’s a waste of time”. This was furthest from the truth. I worked my insurance to get assigned to a different MFM specialist who no longer practices (James shields) and had an amazing experience with lots of scans and care and attention. Others have shared similar negative experiences with Jadali. For my last baby, I told my OBGYN I wanted to avoid him at all costs and got my insurance to refer me to the dignity health MFMs, Kathy Sharma and Peter Rubelio. I saw Dr. Sharma until she went private practice which happened to be about a month before I was due (I highly recommend her and her office is in Ventura called Ocean Perinatal) and then saw her partner Dr. Rubelio for the last few weeks and weekly scans. He was excellent also. Kind and made me feel comfortable. Please look into these doctors if you want to avoid Jadali.
