5 /5 Patti Carr: The last place I wanted to be was at the hospital but Dan S. (The mid-level) took amazing care of me. He had to stitch up my face in 2 different places after a fall and you can’t even tell where the stitches were! He did an amazing job and deserves all the recognition! He is a great asset in the Los Robles ER.

1 /5 S L: Horrible! In the past my family and I have had very positive care at Los Robles but I dont think its safe to go there again. Filthy and with such incompetent and uncaring staff. I was in the hallway in front of nursing station for almost 36 hrs, literally ignored by staff when I asked for help. Finally admitted to a room and most nurses I had were clueless and acted like I was a burden. I was there 5.5 days and my room was never cleaned. Needed a CT and it was filthy there and staff was unkempt and dropped tape on floor and then applied it to my arm!! Left with generic discharge info plus my attending Dr lied several times stated hed contacted my PCP, only to find out they had no information that I was hospitalized. Also had to chase down a new prescription from him that he didnt provide to me. He also refused to give me his contact information when I asked the nurse for it, stating my PCP had his info, when they did not. Terrible experience!!

5 /5 Dan H: The Los Robles ER staff was very friendly, professional and helpful in dealing with my double pneumonia. They got me into a room within 10 minutes and had me on IV Fluids and medication right away. Very happy with how they treated me.

5 /5 Bill Howard: Walked into ER reception, attendant saw me immediately. I was in ER private room within minutes. Surrounded by knowledgeable, caring staff almost immediately. Clear explanations of my status and treatment plan. My own doctors were quickly advised of my condition and treatment plan as well. Implant Surgery performed and successfully completed within hours. Fast recuperation, excellent nursing staff, very useful post release information - and I was ready to go the next afternoon. Thank You!

5 /5 Lou Ruano: The experience from getting checked in to the ER and being discharged the following day was excellent. This was the first time being admitted to the ER and the hospital in my life time and I cannot state how attentive, professional, caring, respectful and overall excellent experience it was. It is a clean, well run machine that each individual team member there cares about everyone that is in the hospital. Thank you again and God bless you all for the 5 star service you all provided.
