  • Daryoush Jadali, MD - Thousand Oaks
    Daryoush Jadali, MD
Ashley Garcia: My experience with Dr Jadali during my high-risk pregnancy was nothing short of awful. He dismissed me and made me feel that my condition wasn’t worthy of his attention (low PAPP-A and Anti-E blood incompatibility that can lead to hemolytic anemia). He made comments about my insurance being an HMO and that regal won’t “pay for any scans so it’s a waste of time”. This was furthest from the truth. I worked my insurance to get assigned to a different MFM specialist who no longer practices (James shields) and had an amazing experience with lots of scans and care and attention. Others have shared similar negative experiences with Jadali. For my last baby, I told my OBGYN I wanted to avoid him at all costs and got my insurance to refer me to the dignity health MFMs, Kathy Sharma and Peter Rubelio. I saw Dr. Sharma until she went private practice which happened to be about a month before I was due (I highly recommend her and her office is in Ventura called Ocean Perinatal) and then saw her partner Dr. Rubelio for the last few weeks and weekly scans. He was excellent also. Kind and made me feel comfortable. Please look into these doctors if you want to avoid Jadali.

Irene Garcia: Best urgent care ever. I have been going here for years. The excellent service starts at the front desk with the sweetest front desk. Doctor and the nurse work extremely well together and I never have to wait in the room to be seen. The service is fast and the proper care and treatment is given immediately if they are able to perform the service in office. The staff makes me feel 100% comfortable ever single time I have been here. I will continue to be a patient here for all my urgent/emergency needs. Thank you West Oaks Urgent Care!

Kathy Sylvain: Very poor business. Called and no answer from this number. Optimed sent me keto that I never ordered on January 24th.

Jorge Endara: At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there. I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief. I am very impressed with my experience. Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.
UCLA West Valley Medical Center - West Hills
    UCLA West Valley Medical Center
Sara Barraza: I am deeply disappointed with the care my mother received at UCLA West Hills Hospital. She was admitted with CHF and aortic stenosis, yet was discharged far too soon, despite her serious condition. Within just three days, there was no follow-up or call from the cardiologist, leaving us feeling abandoned and unsupported. The discharge process was especially upsetting—the nurse seemed more anxious to get her out than to ensure she was ready or stable enough to leave. It was clear that the focus was on quantity over quality of care. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this hospital. Patients deserve better.
Dr. Jessica Adkins, MD, FACP - Thousand Oaks
    Dr. Jessica Adkins, MD, FACP
Larry Horn: I was a patient of Dr. Adkins and had a physical in October. I was then told that she was becoming a consiege doctor. $3400.00 a year. I said I wouldnt do that and called to have a prescription filled up until Jan.17 because thats the earliest date my new doctor could see me. Her office spokesman said they wouldnt give me enough meds to get me to Jan.17. I wouldn,t recommend this doctor. She gives you about 5 minutes of her time and rushes you out the door. Theres better doctors out there. she doesnt even deserve a 1 star!!
Dr. Kumar S. Desai, MD - Thousand Oaks
Karyn Rexhepi: Dr. Desai is an incredible doctor. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate and very professional. His staff is so friendly and helpful. He listens very carefully to what you have to say and gives you the time and attention you need. I felt very confident in his care. He had to refer me out for surgery and gave me a recommendation to another incredible doctor. My visit with him didnt end there though. He stayed in contact with the surgeon the entire time to make sure I had the best care possible. I would highly recommend him. You wont be disappointed!

Stephanie Curtis: Great experience. Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, Dr. Desai, the surgical tech, and the anesthesiologist were lovely. Elliot, Natalie, and Michelle were my nurses and they managed to be efficient, professional, and kind at the same time. The facility was clean and the process was organized and well-managed. Thanks for your hardwork and know its very much appreciated.
