5 /5 Jorge Endara: At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there.
I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief.
I am very impressed with my experience.
Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.
