1 /5 Majid Eshaghi: Even though I like Dr. Nikkhou but his office does not meet my expectation. For last 4 to 5 yrsrs I have been visiting him every six months and making the next visite six months ahead, but I did always wait for 1+ hours!! Time is an essential part of customer service experience in todays business era. Hope he looks into this.

1 /5 Jason Ryder: Dr Nikkhou is a capable surgeon. His office and staff are a complete disaster. I don’t know how many reviews and how many in person complaints this office needs before he actually changes his systems and practices. Refusal to return phone calls, refusal to send records to other medical professionals, lack of follow up. A very simple process to fix yet hundreds of reviews similar to this are apparently not enough deterrent. I personally know of several patients that have avoided this surgery for similar complaints. What ever happened to good service

5 /5 Rick Farris: It was my first visit to se Dr. Nikkhou and I was very nervous because of the reason for my appointment. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They handled things professionally which put me at greater ease before I even saw Dr. Nikkhou. Because it was my first visit, Dr. Nikkhou was not entirely familiar with my case, but he quickly assessed the situation, asked me several important questions, reviewed some lab results, and gave me a concise but informative diagnosis. Overall, it was exactly what I needed from a doctor under the circumstances and I highly recommend Dr. Nikkhou and his office for any urological needs.

5 /5 Kirk Memoli: Dr Nikkhou is really one on the best Drs I have ever had. Can’t say enough about the concern and his quality of care, and he takes his time and talks with you as if you were family or a friend rather than a patient. His medical assistants and office staff are also all very friendly, and extremely professional and efficient. Would highly recommend the Dr and his office.
