Erin Low: I would love to give Dr. Johnson 5 stars. She is amazing! remembers my kids, has a great report with them and really listens to our needs. I appreciate that we aren’t just treated like a number. On the downside, the office staff is TERRIBLE!!!! They are unkind and constantly rude and unhelpful. I requested a much needed prescription refill 1.5 weeks ago. It went unnoticed. I called the staff and begged them to get it done for my child. Today I called again and no one seemed to care. They just said “well the doctor is not in today, so we can’t do anything” I finally had to let them know I wouldn’t get off the phone till it was called in. She without apologizing just put me on hold. I sat on hold for over 25 minutes waiting for them to do their job and help my kid. It shouldn’t take a week and a half of emails and phone calls to get a prescription refilled! I love Dr. Johnson, but I’m so tired of poor customer service, especially when it comes to my kids health. They should do better. Dealing with this everytime is exhausting. We have been patients for 8 years now. My husband is also a Doctor and his staff would be fired if they treated people the way that the staff at this office handle people. I am never a person to go write bad reviews, but I need to let people know GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you wanted to be treated like humans!

John Cusack: Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total woke attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!

I made my appointment a week ago for 03/18/2025 at 2:55pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and stated to the girl that took my information that I was there for my 2:55pm appointment. After waiting over an hour, I approached the front desk to ask why if I had an appointment, I was coming into an hour still waiting for them to call me back. She stated that my appointment was at 3:50. I told her no, I made my appointment for 2:55pm and even showed her my appointment reminder and it said 2:55pm. All she could say was, I dont know why they changed it and not advise you. I told her even when I checked in and stated my appointment time, that person said nothing about my appointment being at 3:50pm. No one gave me the courtesy of asking if that time change would work. People plan their lives around appointments and to have this place waste my time for their BS is inconsiderate. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
