1 /5 Hank Brown: It is impossible for me to trust this doctors office. The nurse practitioner is extremely social with the popular/muscle bear crowd and very rude to people, including patients, who he doesnt believe should be part of said crowd. He has been rude to my partner on several occasions and cost us friendships, some who are also patients at this office. Weve tried avoiding him and not be confrontational, but again he is extremely social and this is a small town where we have mutual friends, who are also patients here, so we run into him to often for him to act this way. It is very immature and highschool like for an adult to act like life is a popularity contest. People like this gossip and my health isnt everyones business. Weve spoken with the doctor about our issues and he continues to be rude to my partner. I refuse to see him as a patient so when I do need to make an appointment out of my normal schedule it takes months for me to get in to see the doctor. Alex Del Rosario is a great doctor and Ive always had a great experience with him and I hate that this review is going to be negative for him, but Im changing doctors to further remove myself away from this childish behavior of the nurse practitioner so I can feel like my medical information stays safe, get an appointment within a reasonable time when I need it and not get anxiety just by walking into the doctors office. Im writing this review at 3am bc I cant sleep. I cant sleep bc all of this stresses me out and isnt going to stop until I do something. My health is more important to me than any friendship that he has cost us.
Everyone deserves friends outside of their work, but not at the cost of dividing others friendships or being rude to your other patients who maybe arent as attractive as the patients you chase. Some of people arent as muscular anymore bc they are getting older and have health issues. One would think someone in the medical field would have sympathy for their people like this and not cause them drama in the community.
