1 /5 Erich Montfort: Very rude staff. They mocked me when I said I didnt want to take the covid vaccine. I told them the vaccine has a risk of enlargement of the heart, which is bad for my heart condition. They made jokes about how that is not such a bad thing since I am a white male. I asked for my money back but they keep sending me the bill and they mock me every time I call them.

During my grandmother’s surgery he didn’t check her for anything before and uite literally left the hospital during her surgery and she ended up dying because of internal bleeding. Something that could have been detected if he would have checked her before surgery and been present during surgery. I never got to meet her because of this.

Nora Rivera: My mother went to see Lisa Higgins for the first time after multiple phone calls arguing with the staff if they took her insurance or not she finally got a appointment, when my mom went for her first visit the receptionist was extremely rude to her she asked my mom if she filled out the new patient paperwork that was sent to her and my mom stated she never received the paperwork instead of giving the option to my mom about filling the paperwork out the receptionist wanted to cancel her appointment when clearly my mom told her she never received the paperwork, she felt so un welcomed by the staff their, she felt like no one cared and the only reason she waited was because she had been waiting a long time to see the NP, I work at a private walk in clinic and I would never treat my patients that way, they are the ones who keep our doors open, they need to do something drastic to the staff in that office because clearly they dont care about there jobs nor the patients, its sad when the providers are amazing and the staff just ruin everything. I just hope they do a change before its to late.

Sherry Ferreira: Normally I have a great experience here. But today that all changed. I took my daughters in at 10:05 for xray because they both got hurt over the weekend and couldnt get them into the dr... and didnt want to take them to ER.. There were a lot of people, so I knew we would have to wait. 11:40 I go to the desk to ask when they might be seen, because they took a few people ahead of them and i had to get to work...and the receptionist said, "yeah they should be done soon." The way she said it was so rude and made me feel like I was unwelcome. I go there every Friday to get b12 shot and never made to feel this way. Also the receptionist made me feel like i was a bad mom.. and I am not. I hope next time is better.

Cheyenne Lynch: The doctor “GoodWill Princewill” had the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. EVER. I literally was running out of the hospital in full tears crying after being helped by this physician. I had been in and out of the hospital for a threatened miscarriage for the past week or so and was told my pregnancy could be ectopic and to come back for another ultrasound within a few days. The doctor prior to him warned me that if I experienced any pain in my abdomen to go to the ER immediately. I started experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and went in to then have the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He told me “take Tylenol for the abdominal pain and that’s it, we don’t see anything” I then went on to ask if I should be worried about ectopic pregnancy and he said “even if you do have one they will just have you abort the baby so I wouldn’t worry about it”. I told him the only reason I came in is because the previous doctor told me to closely monitor my symptoms and come back within a 1-2 days, he goes on to say “we tell that to everyone in the ER.” I literally burst into tears and ran out of the hospital crying. I have never in my life felt so dismissed, and distraught over a doctor in my entire life. I truly hope this man gets fired. I cried the entire night from his rudeness and lack of care. When I told him he seems so nonchalant compared to other ER doctors I’ve spoken to he literally told me “we are different genders.”

Doesn’t Matter: I have insurance that does not require my to have a PCP but since Covid no specialist will see you without a referral so I scheduled a physical to meet the Dr she did the physical ordered routine bloodwork and asked if anything else was bothering me I said my shoulder hurts sometimes. Since I already met my deductible this year they needed a way to get money out of me so they took that and changed the coding. Trying to make it look like I went in there for my shoulder instead of a routine physical. Also the billing dept is rude. The bill has not even arrived and she called at 8 in the morning with an attitude. About a bill I had not yet received, had no idea about and is false billing.
