4 /5 Judy Llera: Dr. Duncan is a very good surgeon. The only reason I would not recommend him is because his staff are not very helpful. Never answer messages, never get back to you to to discuss your concerns. In my case I have to go to primary care doctor to get some help.

Sherry Ferreira: Normally I have a great experience here. But today that all changed. I took my daughters in at 10:05 for xray because they both got hurt over the weekend and couldnt get them into the dr... and didnt want to take them to ER.. There were a lot of people, so I knew we would have to wait. 11:40 I go to the desk to ask when they might be seen, because they took a few people ahead of them and i had to get to work...and the receptionist said, "yeah they should be done soon." The way she said it was so rude and made me feel like I was unwelcome. I go there every Friday to get b12 shot and never made to feel this way. Also the receptionist made me feel like i was a bad mom.. and I am not. I hope next time is better.

Cheyenne Lynch: The doctor “GoodWill Princewill” had the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. EVER. I literally was running out of the hospital in full tears crying after being helped by this physician. I had been in and out of the hospital for a threatened miscarriage for the past week or so and was told my pregnancy could be ectopic and to come back for another ultrasound within a few days. The doctor prior to him warned me that if I experienced any pain in my abdomen to go to the ER immediately. I started experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and went in to then have the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He told me “take Tylenol for the abdominal pain and that’s it, we don’t see anything” I then went on to ask if I should be worried about ectopic pregnancy and he said “even if you do have one they will just have you abort the baby so I wouldn’t worry about it”. I told him the only reason I came in is because the previous doctor told me to closely monitor my symptoms and come back within a 1-2 days, he goes on to say “we tell that to everyone in the ER.” I literally burst into tears and ran out of the hospital crying. I have never in my life felt so dismissed, and distraught over a doctor in my entire life. I truly hope this man gets fired. I cried the entire night from his rudeness and lack of care. When I told him he seems so nonchalant compared to other ER doctors I’ve spoken to he literally told me “we are different genders.”

Doesn’t Matter: I have insurance that does not require my to have a PCP but since Covid no specialist will see you without a referral so I scheduled a physical to meet the Dr she did the physical ordered routine bloodwork and asked if anything else was bothering me I said my shoulder hurts sometimes. Since I already met my deductible this year they needed a way to get money out of me so they took that and changed the coding. Trying to make it look like I went in there for my shoulder instead of a routine physical. Also the billing dept is rude. The bill has not even arrived and she called at 8 in the morning with an attitude. About a bill I had not yet received, had no idea about and is false billing.

Roman: I lost my job at calf tech because of these people, the most disrespectful staff in all Tulare, they dont even deserve minimum wage, I hope everyone staff member here gets evaluated by a Superior staff who knows how to conduct a real job. They made me take my hat and boots off and forced me to empty my pockets and made me feel like a prisoner with no human rights. I do not recommend this place , thank u for making me lose my job, how am I going to support my son and pay rent and bills now? Thanks alot .

His Fowler office is comfortable/clean and Adventist Health where I had my surgery was just fine.
