1 /5 Doesn’t Matter: I have insurance that does not require my to have a PCP but since Covid no specialist will see you without a referral so I scheduled a physical to meet the Dr she did the physical ordered routine bloodwork and asked if anything else was bothering me I said my shoulder hurts sometimes. Since I already met my deductible this year they needed a way to get money out of me so they took that and changed the coding. Trying to make it look like I went in there for my shoulder instead of a routine physical. Also the billing dept is rude. The bill has not even arrived and she called at 8 in the morning with an attitude. About a bill I had not yet received, had no idea about and is false billing.
