I’ve seen a few therapists I have loved, Veronica & Klara are amazing at what they do. I’m getting mobility back in my arm after surgery and radiation caused some damage leaving me with almost a frozen shoulder! 10/10 recommend!

Terri Rufert Dr. Liu is an excellent doctor. He is not quick to rush to surgery. He drives different methods to solve the medical issue. He does a great job of explaining. He is in high demand, so expect to wait when you have an appointment.

Morgan Simons Dr. Liu is very professional and knowledgeable. Takes time with this patient to explain any procedure to be done. This is the first doctor that I’ve ever had that actually showed me and explain what I was looking at the x-rays that were taken thank you Dr. Liu and his staff

Ovie Sanchez Hernandez Dr. Hashmat, is very thorough he explains everything to my elderly mother. The office staff is also very nice and friendly.

Sandra Echeverria Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Eugenia Magahis. She took her time with my mom and this really showed she cared. I highly recommend her!

Heather Thompson Dr Mallari is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had in my 63 years of life - and I must say I have all doctors and nurses in my family……. Our whole family goes to her and we absolutely love her - she is kind, compassionate, listens and always sends referrals to doctors she knows we need to be seen by for further treatment/evaluation, she is extremely thorough….. I/we (my family) truly cannot give her enough accolades!!!!

Kimberly Ford I have been seeing Dr. Mallari since she took over for Dr.Wong. She has always been very nice And professional. She listens and answers my questions. Her office staff are also very accommodating. Please don’t move away or retire anytime soon!

Red Chair I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kaweah Health Urgent Care, on Court St, and I must take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by Jessica and Daniel during the patient check-in process, in fact the whole team there was. From the moment I arrived, Jessica greeted me with a welcoming personality and a reassuring demeanor that instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly organized and efficient, with a joke here and there, guiding me through the check-in process seamlessly. Jessica took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood each step along the way. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Daniel also played a significant role in making my experience positive. He was equally friendly and personable, The teamwork between Jessica and Daniel was evident and made my visit much more pleasant. Ivan Rubio Been here for 2 hours and I had an online appointment! Get my vitals checked. Then they check 4 other patients virals after me and those four patients get a room before I do? Make it make sense!!!! Might as well went to the Damn ER. Then I go say something and they tell me they don’t know how they skipped over me. If I don’t say anything I’m there for 3 plus hours in the waiting room waiting!!!!!

Jaxx I had an amazing experience at one of Elite’s clinics! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The provider was incredibly gentle, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and all my concerns were addressed with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find such compassionate care, and I’m grateful for the excellent treatment I received.

Eva Valencia Dr. De la Cruz was really caring with my children. He showed care and compassion towards them. This location is a good location to come. It is my first time and hopefully will not be my last. Front desk was fast and professional. Usually they confirm your personal information out loud but in here they are sensitive about your information and find the way to communicated. This location is way much better than the location at 1101 Cherry St at Tulare. Thank you for caring and understanding the sensitive matter of each patient.

Jessica Aguilar Dr. De La Cruz is amazing. He really advocated for my daughter’s health and was very adamant towards her getting further evaluation. Because of his persistency I was able to have my daughter’s cancer diagnosed ASAP. He constantly called to reassure how her process was going in the beginning of her journey. I had never dealt with such a professional caring Doctor, I 100% recommend him and it’s great, clean clinic.

Gary Covert From the moment we arrived, the nurses assigned to my care were excellent, making me feel comfortable and well cared for! Then the nurses assigned to me for my recovery were absolutely wonderful caring for me during my rough recovery from the anesthesia effects. They went above and beyond staying and caring for me late till I was in a state to be discharged. Very professional and caring and competent nursing staff. We were very impressed and grateful for such good service and care.

Isabel Villegas Best ER experience I’ve had. Everyone was so attentive and nice and actually take your pain seriously. Dr Castro was amazing along with my nurse. They even followed up the next day to see how I was doing and helped set me up an appointment with a pcp. Even the medication he prescribed felt like it was specially catered to my needs.. I usually just get set with a narcotic that leaves me without being able to function right but not this time! I could go on and on about the great care! I’m just so happy we have this type of hospital here where everyone actually remembers why they went into medicine.

Naco Gonzalez went in for an appointment and Dana Ramos was so rude and saw that my son has down syndrome and said “get that R word out of my office!” this is heinous behavior and she needs to be disciplined

Julie Medina Dr. Shashi Sharma saved my life in 2014 it’s been 9 years since I’ve gotten my pacemaker and soon , they will try to put another one in , I’m not gng lie it’s been difficult to deal with everything I’m gng through I have good days but I have really bad days too. Peter Seechan Bad service! Waiting 3 hrs just to be seen for 5mins! Ridiculous! Dont recommend this place for anyone! Doesnt deserve any rate but couldnt post this without even putting one star! Then she comes in our room after 3 hrs and said shes late for her lunch and sent us home right away and said shell give us a call back to come back in!

Shelby Delco What happened to dr.duncan? He used to be friendly and explain procedures.....he would not give my son the time at appt. Wouldnt explain anything after hip surgery ..my son has been in a lot of pain...we wont be going back in.what a disappointment

Terri Del Re Dr Akhavon has been my primary physician for several years, and has always been caring and personable. Shes very thorough with detailed feedback, attention and follow-up care. Her staff is great, always friendly and accommodating whether in-person or by phone. Both my husband and I feel our medical care are in the best hands.

Vicky Anaya Ive been with Doctor Akhavon for a few years now. It was hard to find a good physician in town, but Im feeling like Ive got the best with her. She always makes time with her patients,she listens and truly cares about us. I have alot of respect for her staff because they are professional and awesome as well.

Brian Dougherty I have to agree with the other people who had negative experiences with DOCTOR: Bhaskerds. I have a few things to say as well. "Dont go here folks." I dont think anybody likes to be treated the way I was treated and what I am talking about is the MANAGER, STAFF and DOCTOR. The MANAGER: Martha Sepeda, shouted at me and hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to DOCTOR Bhaskards. Goodness gracious beyond rude and unprofessional. Also, Im told by receptionist Nataly that STAFF members Daisy and Myra called in the wrong prescription to CVS numerous times and caused us a great deal of trouble. Natalie said she told DOCTOR Bhaskerds to call me back at least two times but unfortunately, I am still waiting for DOCTOR Bhaskerds to call. If he doesnt call then he obviously doesnt care what his staff/manager does or he would have had the guts to call me back concerning my complaint. Save the trouble folks and stay away from this low class shameful place they call a doctors office. Natalie is the only kind considerate employee there.

Mallory Myself and my children go here and theyre great. They go above and beyond. I dont feel rushed by the drs. Great experience!

Ciera Hathaway I do not recommend this place if it was the last doctors office/clinic available. I’ve been seeking gender affirming care through my primary care for almost a year now and I feel completely let down and discriminated against. Back in September I requested a referral for a top surgery to a surgery center that I found. My primary care Raman Kaur denied my referral without reason. She stated my referral must come from psychiatry when I already brought in a letter from a therapist stating I am qualified for the surgery and have a diagnosis fitting the code for the referral. Anyways, fast forward to December, I obtained a referral from planned parenthood, but now I needed a clearance letter from my doctor. She refused again. I also needed an EKG. She refused to provide clearance. So I reported this by filling a grievance and Denise called me back, stating she would talk with the medical director. Well they concluded that my case is not medically necessary and that they will not be moving forward with clearing me. They’re antiLGBTQI+ and will refuse service based on whether or not they believe insurance will cover such services. I will not be attending this clinic ever again as it left me hopeless, depressed, unsettled and left without receiving proper care. Mind you they will refer you to other clinics if they feel they cannot or will not provide you the right services.

Courtney Van Zuyen The staff is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and friendly aside from a woman in the back office who appeared frustrated and sighed loudly as soon as she walked into the front office. I smiled, but as soon as she saw me, she quickly retreated to the back again. Its probably the only office Ive ever been to for a DOT physical where the waiting room was actually decorated.

renee perez I see Dr. Nomico and I really appreciate him and his staff. Seems like they are always in a good mode. The wait is never longer then 10min and him and his staff always have smiles on their faces which always makes the visit less painful. Thanx guys for being so good to your patients

Lisa Williams Dr Roper and the Staff at VIP Specialist did my surgery and do all the refills on my pain pump. They have been for over a year now and Alex Dr. Ropers assistant and the girls at the office are the best. They are kind, and supportive while refilling etc my pain pump. The Nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions etc I may have I highly recommend Dr Roper, Alex and the staff at VIP Specialist to assist anyone with chronic pain issues.

Sarahi Mejia Dr is great. Front desk needs to have better training on insurance/authorizations.
