5 /5 Judy Wilson: Hi This is Judys husband making this review. Why this guy does not have 5 stars from everyone is beyond me! I had cancerous tissue removed above my left eye. The Dermatologist that did it took a chunk of skin out larger than a quarter to ensure he got all the cancer. Needless to say, I was shocked when I saw the results. I thought I would be permanently disfigured. He referred me to Dr. Bukachevsky for "repair" after the biopsy came back with a good report. Dr. Bukachevsky thoroughly analyzed the situation then proceeded to stitch me up so excellently he even accommodated some preexisting asymmetry between my left and right eye areas! It will take awhile to heal, but I am absolutely AMAZED at what Dr. Bukachevsky was able to do for me. I would not hesitate to go back to him. Fact is a little facial work is sounding good about now at my age! LOL!

1 /5 Dave Maltone: To whom this may concern, I would not recommend this man to anyone, should have read the reviews , I have never been treated as unconcerned as this so-called doctor treated me in his office! After having a CAT scan, and then a brain MRI, I was finally cleared to see an ENT doctor for further diagnostics of my situation, which was a sudden loss of hearing in my left side with pain and pressure, so finally, after waiting months to get into see him, a man came into the room, supposedly the doctor, and asked me why I was there, I assumed he would know why I was there as all the records were forwarded to him before my visit,. I told him, and then he said that it sounds like I need a hearing test??? My insurance approved him for five different tests that he was to do to evaluate my hearing loss, pain and pressure, none of which he did at all, absolutely did nothing! And just said I need to go get a hearing test and that he would set it up in a couple of days. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’ve never heard nothing and that is not the answer to what’s going on? I question him, asking him to at least check my nose or eardrum for pressure, He just brushed me off and outright refused to do it! I’ve never been treated as bad as that in my life , I could tell he was wanting to get out the door as soon as possible. It was near lunchtime probably was thinking more about his lunch than he was about for my situation !! I have since talked to another ENT and will be seen by him, and was told that yes, he should have definitely done those tests to determine why I would have pain , pressure, and sudden hearing loss as the longer you wait, when you have sudden hearing loss, the more likely you could not get your hearing back, so no thanks to him. I’m no better off , in fact really , because of his being unconcerned for my situation, I may have permanent hearing loss!

5 /5 heidi harrison: Dr. B is a skilled surgeon and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease during what could be a stressful time. I appreciate him greatly when Ive had various procedures that I would only want him to perform. I am always so pleased with the results I get. I know Im in the best hands! His entire staff is wonderful including his wife Anne, and nurses Elle & Elena! They are so considerate and always answer all of my questions quickly. And Stephanie always make me feel so welcome and supported as does Catalina who answers the phone. I would refer anyone to him for any of the procedures he performs. Dr. B is also highly skilled at removing skin cancers. He has helped out several family members with skin/throat/face cancers & a neighbor as well. I feel so blessed to know him. Thank you Dr. B for making my life easier and those I care about!!!!!!!!!!!

1 /5 Bobbie Dampier: My oldest son has had allergies extremely bad. So called around found Dr. Butchasky. The front desk lady said yes he is an allergist we scheduled the appointment paid $150 doctor visit, come to find out when we got there he is not an allergist! And was unable to do anything for us. As we were leaving they mention they do ear cleanings on Tuesdays my middle son and I surf 5 to 6 days a week. Water gets trapped in our ears. We again scheduled an appointment paid the 150 doctor visit her. Doctor came in put the air lights in and said you’re clear there’s nothing He could do. Then looked at my sons and said the same. I have never felt so unsatisfied from a doctor. At 39 years old I have had perfect hearing until recently this last year when water keeps getting trapped in my ear and now my hearing is fading. The last thing you want to hear as that it’s nothing you can do. My son is 12 and should not be feeling pain from water being trapped! I definitely do NOT recommend this Dr.

1 /5 JM: I went in after years of inner ear problems, headaches, post nasal drip problems and more. This Dr. blew me off totally. He looked in my ears and nose for about 5 seconds and said I had allergies and go see a allergist and a neurosurgeon for headaches. I also had a referral I showed him for a nasal endoscopy which he said "oh I looked into your nose and its fine". We dont need to do that , even though Ive been getting sinus infections which he knew about. I knew I was in trouble when waiting for him and all I saw was Plastic surgery literature. I had allergy blood work after my appt, results, no allergies and then went to another ENT DR. I had a total exam, including my nasal endoscopy which showed a chronic sinus infection that Ive probably had for years he said. He went over my cat scan of prior sinus infection, didnt rush me. Put me on antibiotics for 3 weeks, then I was to get another cat scan after done with antibiotics, along with two other over the counter medications to help my problem. Dr. Bukachevsky was a waste of my time and the one star was for the MA that checked me in. Dont waste your time Dr. responding to this as you have no recourse to defend yourself
