Please, if you dont like your job, if answering patients question annoys you, or if you are simply not happy doing what you are doing please do us all a favor and find another job. Patients dont need the attitude Dr. Latamendi I highly suggest you look into who you are hiring. It is unacceptable to have people in the medical field not have any customer service/sensitivity towards patients needs.

1 /5 Nora Torres-Zuñiga: Ana from the Dr Latamendis office provides the worst service. Asks you the patient to call and do THEIR work, and follow-up with her.! Its been almost a month and they still have not received my mothers medical records from ER - SVHM. Why? They deal with a latino population that doesnt know how to advocate for themselves, yet they charge just like any other medical office. This is very sad!

Dr Bretan he treated us with total disrespect for trying to ask a question. And told us to get a second opinion. That was the nicest thing you said to us. Thank you. No one deserves to be treated like that. Shame on you.

Dr. South cares about his patients, does not miss a thing and give me excellent advise. I am seeing him soon as my hair is thinning and I can count on him to help me. G L: I had a rough time with some of the primary care doctors at Shasta Community Health (mainly in the Fellowship department, 0/10 recommend) but after a lot of back and fourth I was finally seen by Dr. Brian Ho, an NP, and he has been nothing short of great. He listens to me, trusts me and genuinely has done so much to help me get the help that I needed. I’m not sure if he’s a one-off kind of provider, but he definitely flipped my opinion around of SCHC.

Never had nicer, more polite, concerned & caring hospital staff ever look after me like these guys do. A couple of the nurses and the anesthesiologist even remembered me. Just a wonderful hospital to stay with when youre not feeling well, take wonderful care of you!

Some people could die in this amount of time if they are sick. I feel bad for the people who have to rely on the staff…read your reports and follow through!

Never a disappointing experience I have had there since I began going several years ago. THANK YOU. AND DR.PURKEY IS THE BEST PROVIDER I HAVE EVER HAD IN ALL MY HEALTH BY FAR.
