1 /5 Anjezu GR: The worst doctor I have ever met. I brought my daughter to her routine check-up, the staff is friendly and they do their job, but "the doctor" I dont know where she got her degree, she has 0 professionalism and doesnt know how to deal with a child, she yelled at me and pushed me because I didnt let her mistreat my daughter, I just stood up and left, I plan to look for a lawyer, I would never return to this place.

2 /5 Jay H: Love both Doctors but the MAs/staff are very unorganized and rude! They have called me multiple times giving wrongful information stating that my child s file has been faxed over to who knows whose office but directly gave me my childs name and birthday and stated at our request! I was in complete shock stating that I have not requested no file transfer. They argued after I have repeatedly and told him that I had not made such a request.. They have different staff but continue with the same issues. This is just one of many unpleasant experiences with the staff. I have given the office multiple chances due to the fact that it is convenient for me and Dr Sheila and her son are amazing but unfortunately we will probably be in search of a new office soon.

Lil A: Mary the receptionist is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. We called to refill a prescription and Mary immediately told us that she is busy and for us to call her later to remind her to so. Mary then resorted to raising her voice and being combative. Dr. H, its unfortunate that you have these bad reviews and staff that conducts themselves in such poor manner. I hope that you provide them with the correct training to remedy this ill reputation of your office.

Cooks Kemion “choppaboi”: Went here for a drug test/physical . Staff were VERY quick and nice ! It was a busy day and they handled it very well . There was a guy who opened the doors at exactly 8am not only was he checking people in but to my surprise I seen him also helping in the back with test !

Natasha G: Dont recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Childrens, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didnt bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

IANA RAI: Dont waste your time! The three-hour wait at urgent care wasnt even the main issue. The real problem was that your "top RN" showed a complete lack of concern for her patients. After waiting for three hours, we were finally put in a room, only to wait another hour. The so-called doctor came in and spent no more than ten minutes with my dad, dismissing his condition as just a stomach ache. Today, we were admitted to a hospital and learned that if we had waited even one more day, the situation could have been dire. Its astonishing that you prescribed my dad medication for "strep throat" when that wasnt even the issue. If she truly cared for her patients, she would have listened to them instead of rushing and neglecting proper care. I believe her name was Gagan or something of the sort. PS: GET BETTER CAMERENA!!!!
