1 /5 Natasha G: Dont recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Childrens, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didnt bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

1 /5 Adriana Castaneda: If I could give a zero I would it is crazy that I have been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for a physical and the girl in the front desk is so rude after I asked her what is taking so long she just say sit down and wait you’re turn unbelievable

1 /5 Luis Garcia: This office is completely awful and unprofessional starting from the lack of education, resources, awful nurses, bad receptionists, and especially doctors. The wait time is absolutely ridiculously long for no reason and the appointments are less than 15 minutes and most of it is waiting for the doctors to arrive to check your children. This place was my personal pediatrician when I was younger but now having my own child years later nothing has changed in this business please take your children somewhere deserving. This place exploits low income Latino families... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

1 /5 Abe: This place needs to do better. Appointments are 3 hours long. Or more. Wrong eta is given. People out to lunch and nobody to assist even after being admitted to a room. You ask roughly how much longer? She is clueless. Who’s managing schedules? Staffing? If your reading this, DO better. People have jobs to be at and other things to do. Also, these “medical assistance” need to work on their compassion and patient service skills. Because it stinks.
