She problem solved multiple issues and helped me identify a pathway to knowledge that will help me go forward with pursuing technology to improve my hearing. Dr. Molly Cooper clarified how to use features on the hearing aid app, replaced uncomfortable domes with a different style which are much more comfortable, discussed features on newer technology, activated tinnitus masking on current HA, and adjusted for best sound. She is friendly, professional, and inspirational. I am so happy with the care I am receiving from her.
