She unprofessional very rude, you cannot ask her a question without her snapping at you. very unprofessional whoever, is the owner needs to go ahead and talk to her. Im talking about the older medical assistant thats it upfront.the younger one the seats in the back she is nice. Never had an issue with her.

Even after I moved to Fresno I still come back to the Madera office to see my doctor he is so great. Ben Gardner: STAY AWAY! This place is awful. They charged $867 for a very brief Telehealth consultation. I had COVID and asked about getting Paxlovid. The doctor said I do not qualify and recommended taking Tylenol. They billed for a 52 minute call at a rate of $1000/hr. The call lasted approximately 5-10 minutes. I have been contacting them regularly to refute this. A supervisor promised me she was looking into and has subsequently ignored my phone calls and lied about getting back to me. A second associate made similar false promises.

She was able to push for 4 hours, take a break, and then give birth to her baby past the “ hospital pushing time limit.” The rooms are spacious, with an oversized jet tub, yoga ball, peanutball, and incredible views of Mt Tam. You have all you need for a home-feel birth journey. As a doula, I feel welcome and supported by the medical team. I also know that my clients will have the highest support for natural birth possible in a hospital setting. This is the BEST hospital in the Bay Area….

Pauline: I wrote a complete review and it disappeared. Not fair! I would not stop until this goes out there. On our 1st admission...found out that they were giving my husband morphine and he was so out of it they could not wake him up...after complaining for days...he ended up at the emergency. At 2nd admission they did the same thing...we was bleeding internally and then ended up in emergency. 3rd admission at Kentfield he was trying his best to recover from his stroke. He was moving around, talking and telling stories, combing his hair and brushing his own teeth... trying to leave to go home. Then the therapist said something was wrong. He would not wake up to participate in therapy anymore. Then were giving him morphine every 4 hours and he was passed out. I will continue at a future date. 1 star is way too much for what we encountered.

The nurses are great. There have been a couple miscommunications between doctors and schedulers but overall I feel lucky to have medical care this good. Many people don’t.
