5 /5 Rosalinda Garcia: Came in on Xmas eve and got in so quick Nurses and staff where so nice, fast and very informative.. We just moved here from Arizona and I am not use to the fog/mist. So it was nice to be able to take the back roads to this hospital. I would have definitely not made it to Fresno! I just found out during our visit this hospital is closing. What a great loss for this community that I am now apart of. Thank you to Tyler and all the staff working tonight. You guys are amazing.

5 /5 Maria Carrion: If I could give 10 stars I would .the staff was great, from the kitchen to the nursing staff, and the Dr made my moms hospital stay very easy and safe. Its a small hospital ,that provides that small town at home environment. I know my mom is well cared for at this hospital. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my moms care but MCH.

1 /5 Lisa Newman: So on Halloween, which they admit is one of their busiest nights of the year, they have one doctor. With my blood pressure raging at 194/106 when I arrived, I waited 7 hours to be told I wasnt important enough to be seen by the doctor and to wait an additional 3 hours for an appointment with the clinic. Great service no wonder Madera community hospital ranks worst in the entire valley!!!

Natasha G: Dont recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Childrens, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didnt bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

IANA RAI: Dont waste your time! The three-hour wait at urgent care wasnt even the main issue. The real problem was that your "top RN" showed a complete lack of concern for her patients. After waiting for three hours, we were finally put in a room, only to wait another hour. The so-called doctor came in and spent no more than ten minutes with my dad, dismissing his condition as just a stomach ache. Today, we were admitted to a hospital and learned that if we had waited even one more day, the situation could have been dire. Its astonishing that you prescribed my dad medication for "strep throat" when that wasnt even the issue. If she truly cared for her patients, she would have listened to them instead of rushing and neglecting proper care. I believe her name was Gagan or something of the sort. PS: GET BETTER CAMERENA!!!!

Cierra M: I went to a dental appointment for my child and received horrible customer service by the front desk. I arrived early to the appointment and the front desk stated that they would need to verify my insurance through my employer. The front desk employees stated they couldn’t verify my insurance even though I called the insurance company and a representative from the front desk spoke to the representative over the phone and verified that my son does have insurance. The representatives at the front desk were very rude and disrespectful. We waited over 30 minutes to not be seen at all once we were told that he didn’t have insurance even though proof was provided. My son and I were both discriminated against. I would not recommend the dental office on A Street at all.

Ben Gardner: STAY AWAY! This place is awful. They charged $867 for a very brief Telehealth consultation. I had COVID and asked about getting Paxlovid. The doctor said I do not qualify and recommended taking Tylenol. They billed for a 52 minute call at a rate of $1000/hr. The call lasted approximately 5-10 minutes. I have been contacting them regularly to refute this. A supervisor promised me she was looking into and has subsequently ignored my phone calls and lied about getting back to me. A second associate made similar false promises.

Ronit April Varga: It was a wonderful birth experience for my client. The team of OBS, Midwives, and nurses was beyond amazing. She was able to push for 4 hours, take a break, and then give birth to her baby past the “ hospital pushing time limit.” The rooms are spacious, with an oversized jet tub, yoga ball, peanutball, and incredible views of Mt Tam. You have all you need for a home-feel birth journey. As a doula, I feel welcome and supported by the medical team. I also know that my clients will have the highest support for natural birth possible in a hospital setting. This is the BEST hospital in the Bay Area….
