5 /5 Rita Maldonado: I drove through a section of deep water during yesterdays rains (didnt see it) and my engine light immediately came on afterwards. My stomach was in knots all evening imagining all the damage I had done to my vehicle. This morning, I brought my car in to be seen (I was referred here by the equally amazing Mr Hrant) and the gentleman who attended me was so nice. They looked over the vehicle and did all the diagnostics. Thankfully the car is running just fine. Its so nice to come to a mechanic you can trust. They could have easily told me that my vehicle required X amounts of cash to fix it, but they didnt. They were honest and I respect that. I imagine my Chevy will be in need of other services in the future and Im glad theres a place in town that is able to attend to us quickly and professionally, and most of all honestly. Thank you!

5 /5 Ashley Swenson: Great first experience at Crown Automotive Repair! I was driving out of town when my car gave me a warning that it was overheating. This has been a recurring concern, and I was pretty stressed about it. I managed to get towed to their shop, and they were genuinely friendly from the start. The owner diagnosed the issue: my cars ECU needed recalibrating due to a technical service bulletin that wasnt a full recall yet. Ive been to two different mechanics over the last few years, and this was new information to me! Phillip explained everything clearly and gave me instructions to go to the Ford dealership. He also reassured me that mechanically, my car was in good shape otherwise. They didnt charge me for the diagnosis, which was an incredibly kind gesture for their time and expertise. Their honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in a tough spot are rare finds. Ive definitely found my new go-to mechanic. Highly recommend!

They were thorough, honest, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my car. The prices were fair, and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this mechanic shop for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service for their vehicle.

5 /5 Daylight Dancer: I had a great experience here. Check engine light was on, had to get that fixed prior to smog inspection. My regular mechanic was overbooked and sent me to Crown Automotive Repair. They repaired the car, then sent me on my way to drive it for 100 miles before bringing it back to them to ensure it would pass the smog inspection. Worked out great. Cost was what I anticipated. Definitely recommend them and will go there again myself.
