If I was able to give Eric a 0 star he would have it.
I travel around the world and happened to have my truck break down in Pasadena while traveling.
The friend I was staying with recommended Eric since he is the person her mother and herself use for their vehicles.
It was late at night and I was not expecting Eric to come and diagnosis my truck at 10pm at night. He advised me that it would be $125.00 to diagnose my truck. I let Eric know at that time I have to pass as I just spent a lot on parts and will see if I can find someone who would diagnose cheaper or at no cost to get my business.
He understood was a bit abrasive as too why I didnt want him to come out that night to diagnose it. I needed a break and let him know again that I need to see if I can find someone who will do that at no cost to get my business.
I was sitting with my friend when he Texted her that He is going to do this as a favor for her and that he wanted her for the diagnose. Yes you read that right!
I let her know that was not okay with me, he then called and said he would be there at 8 am.
I was up early waiting, sent a text nothing.
Then I received a message at close to 12pm saying he would be there in 20 mins, that 20 mins then turned into another 4 hours waiting next to my truck. WE both called and texted him to understand what the issue is and why he still had not shown up.
He turned his phone off and calls where then going to VM when asking if everything is ok. Around 7 pm he calls my friends phone upset that we are taken back that he literally strung us along all day. My friend handed me the phone and Eric then started yelling at me about he was trying to do a favor and that he hasnt made it out because Money comes first to him before anything, again his words.
If you are in business and you make deals and then back out of them because of your own personal situations there is a problem.
He never showed up at all.
In fact he then wanted me to pay him to even think about driving to look at the truck.
This is NOT how you run a mobile business.
If you tell a customer your going to do something then dont that it just shows you care less about helping people and more about profit.
I would not recommend ERIC for the way he treats people, his business model is not fundamentally functional.
Propositioning work on someones vehicle for "favors" is NOT okay!!!
If your supposed to be using the honor system/friend system to build your business you might want to take a business management course or two.
Treat people better Eric you never know who you are on the phone with.
