5 /5 L M: the absolute best mechanic, ever. I have been going to Modern Auto for over 20 years-- they are expert, honest and helpful. I dont know what to say-- I wouldnt trust my Mercedes to anybody else.

Starting from the office attendant, Hamek (I can never pronounce her name correctly) is an excellent listener regarding my auto service request. Most importantly, the repairs are done without me needing to return for warranty work and the rates are very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys!

John took the time to find out what was wrong with a leaking coolant issue that another mechanic closer to my home could not find and was replacing parts that didnt need to be replaced. John had to get under the engine to detect this problem. He took video/photos showing me what was happening. He explained to me what needed to be done. He put everything in writing, explaining what he did. He gave me the defective part. Then he called me four days later to see to how the car was doing. That is EXCELLENT SERVICE! I highly recommend John and Modern Auto Technology 100%.

5 /5 Tommy Grafman: Master Auto Tech is true to its name! I had issues with an oil leak and more with my wife’s 2015 Audi A3 convertible. I brought it into the Audi dealership and they gave me such a high price, that I had a hard time believing it. I chatted about this with an associate of mine who pointed me to Master Auto Tech in Pasadena. The owner John looked at my car…. He explained what the issue could be and put me at ease. They did a deep dive into the car and a couple of days later told me the car was ready. I showed and John explained in detail the problems they found, and the work involved (they even took care of other issues found). The pricing was fair and still less than the dealership. It is great to find a place that cares not only about the car but the customer as well (you’re not a number there). I can’t recommend John and Master Auto Tech enough. They earned my trust and my business!
