1 /5 Clyde B: I took my van into Creative Care a couple of years ago and it was running badly, on three cylinders. After weeks of "extensive diagnostics" it turned out that it needed an engine rebuild. Jim suggested I do a top-end rebuild, to which I agreed. He did the work and $4.5K later, the Oil pressure was bad and then he told me the van needed a completely new engine! Jim never did a leak-down test for the bottom end, and Jim didnt offer the full rebuild. I trusted his "Expert Advice" and regretted it. Jim refused to admit any responsibility for not performing the test on the bottom end or refund any money for the useless work he performed. I ended up having to pay someone else to do the complete rebuild on the same block including the top end all over again! For that reason, if I could give him zero Stars I would. This man does not stand behind his work. DO NOT GO HERE!
