4 /5 Rynn21: We had our vehicle worked on indirectly through him, but I personally talked to him later both on the phone and in person. He was polite to me both times, fun to talk to, and sympathetic to our situation.
I only give four stars, cause I did see their prices and its a bit steep and out of my price range. For example, smog is over $80 versus where we usually go, which is under $60.
