5 /5 M M: Rudy took a look under my hood, and after a brief conversation told me that my coil pack was the problem and since I’d already done my own plugs and wires I could totally handle the replacement. He was right! I’ve met few skilled tradespeople so honest, so please keep this man in business

1 /5 Michelle Goldstein: I am beyond appalled with this “business.” I am not going to go into crazy detail about how I was conned, $2,500 pocketed by Rudy, and had a complete investigation via the Bureau against this guy. I can only speculate where these positive reviews come from and the authenticity of them. In total, I was without my car for 6 months (~4 months with Rudy) because Rudy was “waiting” for an engine, yet he waited over 2 months to even order my engine from KIA. Regardless of the shady business tactics, it seems to come within him as a person too. I am not sure how he can sleep at night conning other local businesses, patrons, and others as well. If I can urge one thing: PLEASE go to your dealership first and get a quote from them… then look for a 2nd opinion (that’s NOT RST Automotive).
