    Gage Redwine: THESE THE BEST MECHANICS AROUND NO DOUBT!! Brought my car in for a new exhaust setup and they not only did that for me but helped me out with multiple high end performance parts and far exceeded even my own expectations. The guys worked diligently and professionally and were extremely knowledgeable. After 2 hours past closing time they were still putting in work for me and changed all 4 of my tires because they were really bad. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for the guys looking out for me. I will be coming back for all services they work with high end cars, luxury, foreign, sports, trucks, absolutely anything you will not be disappointed in their customer service. Absolutely A1 service all the way around no complaints whatsoever I’d trust them with absolutely anything car related.

    Tyler A: I moved to Florida from Ventura county and regularly drive my vehicle back and forth. On my last drive to the west coast I noticed a coolant leak coming from my van. Knowing I had to drive over 2500 miles to get back home to Florida it was very important to have my car running reliability (especially as Id have to drive through the desert and Texas). I took my vehicle to JTs to have my coolant system fixed and some maintenance items included at the same time, such as a new water pump and timing belt. I got a couple quotes from different shops in the area and JTs was the best price and I had a good feeling about getting the work done There. JTs was also able to work with my very short timeline as I had to make the return trip soon. I picked up the vehicle in the short time frame with no issues. After driving the vehicle around for a couple days around town I wanted him to take a second look at the cooling system, just to make sure everything was in perfect working order. He took the van in immediately and fixed the small issue, which was covered with the warranty he offers. We finished our trip driving across the country and the van ran flawlessly with no issues at all (while pulling a trailer). If youre looking for auto repairs I recommend checking to see what JTs Automotive can do for you.

JR not only taught me something about the car by showing me what needs to be done but was also so kind enough as to offer me a ride to a nearby Starbucks or McDonalds so that I don’t get bored waiting. Upon finding out that the car needs parts ordered and would have to wait until the next day, he even offered to take me home. He is so kind for offering to help with my needs. The car was completely repaired and ready by noon the next day. And my car feels perfect - like brand new! Thanks to the expertise of JR and his team of car mechanics. I highly recommend Quality Auto Works to anyone. They know what they’re doing and are the best in town. You’d be glad you did!

    Julio Guillen: Trusted Carlos to take care of my cars. Couldn’t diagnose a check engine light at all. Kept telling me to wait because he is short handed, 4 weeks later still hasn’t fixed my car. Keeps telling me to drive the car to see what I think, feeding me lies every time I talk to him. I came to him in search of a good mechanic, he fixed my car in the past but I find now that he is only good for tune ups, he can’t diagnose a check engine light or troubleshoot engine problems. Really disappointed. I don’t recommend Ipatzi automotive, Suarez automotive and I really don’t recommend Ramirez bros. CONSIDER THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU TRY.
